Food was good but not once did they say “Welcome to Moes”. The only reason I eat at Moe’s is because of their enthusiastic welcoming when I enter the restaurant. Without that, you’re just left with a more expensive Tacobell.

Placed online order for tofu bowl. Picked up order in store, walked to my car, opened bowl and saw no tofu and 95% rice. Walked back inside and they said they didn’t have tofu. Didn’t bother to tell me when I paid and picked up my order. Let me walk outside with a $12 dish of 95% rice and a few beans. Rice was also hard.

The Melville location needs better time management. I placed my order 1142am for 6 orders for an office with a pickup at 1215pm. It took over an hour to get my order made. The staff ignored me while I waited and continuously took care of walk-ins instead of finishing my order while I was the only one in the store waiting for a pickup order. It should have been addressed prior to the lunch rush. Very disappointing. The staff at my company was upset and hungry. There was another gentleman getting upset his order too was not ready and his order was for pickup 5 mins after mine. Very poor service

Have been ordering the Nacho box almost weekly during football season the last couple years…Yesterday we ordered a box and when we got home we noticed there was no queso. I called to mention it and the lady on the phone said I either go back and pick it up (45 minutes there and back) or I can get a few dollars back (the price of the queso would be refunded). We ate the food we got and although tasty it wasn’t the same… We weren’t about to drive back for the queso and have everything else be cold. Very displeased with the service and the lack of trying to make it right. Moe’s raves about the great queso and that’s why we go. Very disappointed and will be looking else where for our Sunday football food from now on. Two stars since the food we did get was still tasty. Probably deserves a 1 star rating for the lack of caring to make it right.

The food is great here, never had any issues with taste and quality. They do get kind of busy during lunch when office workers are all swarming in but over all the staff is great and food is great. Seating is pretty decent to accommodate people also.
