Just had a phone call with a team member. regarding an online order. And she was very rude. Says to email corparate, but could not give instructions on how. Answered the phone and say’s “wait” Since when did “please hold” turn into “Wait” also I was in the middle of moving on to place the order over the phone, and she just hung up! Just witness the manager Nicki disrespect and speak rudely to another staff member Terrel. Her excuse was that she was having a bad day. Very unprofessional, we felt sorry for the young man. I never saw Nicki was her hands at all. I hope Dominos look is into this situation.

Nicole the manger needs to be demoted asap me be to a driver or something but taking calls and managing other people to be like her is a BIG no no she feel like because she is the manager any complaint will come back to her and nothing will happen so I’m assuming she’s had plenty of complaints and nothing has happen so she think she can be rude to people my grandmother is 78 and they way Nicole talked to her she’s lucky I’m way on the other side of town but I will be sure to be at this location 1st thing tomorrow
