A buddy and I came here a couple nights ago for some protein after the gym. They were out of a good number of things including lettuce, and it seemed like due to this shortage they were giving smaller servings. Instead of serving more customers but making them less satisfied with the price to product margin… I ordered guacamole and got a full 1/4 slice of avocado. Not a great chipotle experience. Maybe next time will be better

My kids’ meals came already pre-made and the portion size was completely incorrect, I really didn’t think it was that hard to fill four empty trays but here we are. Also the guacamole was bland, 2/10 great experience.

Been going here forever but lately service is bad. The management is rude. The place is dirty and the way they serve you is mediocre. I was served by the manager and it seem like he was in a bad mood. Like he was forced to help in the line. He was scooping the food with a bad attitude. I asked him if he had regular chicken and just ignored me and gave me Al pastor when I wanted regular.

I’ve always enjoyed this place since the only one around was in Boulder. They are delicious and they used to be a great deal but like everyone else they have taken advantage of the price hikes. Guess I’ll never get a drink again, no biggie, I need to cut down on pop anyway.

I love Chipotle. This location is terrible. We’ve come many times. They do not allocate their staff well, it takes forever to get through the line, and online orders are always late. The staff is lethargic (painfully slow!), apathetic, and rude. I’m sure they’re nice people from day to day, but they obviously hate working here and don’t care about providing minimal customer service. We’ve even done a large group order for a catered event and it was prepared almost an hour late. I’m not sure what could improve this situation… better management or corporate review? This location needs help!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and it used to be 5 star service every single time, but not these days. My last 5 pick up orders have all been 10-25 minutes late in being ready, and the portions are noticeably skimpy compared to before. Worst of all is watching how slow the people making the orders work. It honestly looks at times like a deliberate work slow down. I switched to the location 2 miles north on Wadsworth and things are vastly better there.

Terrible service and dirty restaurant. Ordered online for pickup at 8:50pm. Arrived at that time and the order hadn’t been started. A guy handed the two to-go orders to the line and told them we were waiting. They didn’t even start the orders. They continued to fill orders for people in line and the to go orders just sat there. My order was finally filled 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Total waste of time here lately. Last few visits, 12 people at least in line to order, 10 or more to go orders, and 1 person on the line while other employees mill about doing only God knows what. To go orders are seldom correct. Pick another location if you can or hit up a Qdoba in the area.
