Slow, most of the time and they only have 4 people here at 7:40 am. Trying to carry on conversations, slows them down in completing orders, 9 out of the 10 times always slow or hardly ever stocked on the sandwiches. They don’t have much consideration for people who are trying to get to work.

Excellent crew in here… I was here for a conference for a couple days and observed them several times call customers by name and witnessed great relationships… I actually walked out one day without taking two items that I bought. Two days later as soon as I walked in, they looked at me and said you’re not going to buy those things today, we’ve had them sitting here for you. Hard to beat that…

The lady taking my order was nice and friendly. She was fine with me asking for a customized drink even though I found out they were closing soon. The lady making the drinks, on the other hand, was obviously not glad to be there. She finished my first drink and just sat it on the counter without announcing it like they usually do. Then she just sat the other one on the counter without offering a drink holder, pointing me to the straws, or anything.
