This location was definitely run by the owner. I got a family meal and it was short on meat, short on rice and the mixed veggies were legit 90% cabbage!! It was a grumpy asian lady working there, no other workers. Definitely the owner trying to save money!! Go to a different location, you’ll get waaay more! Try the one on Channel Islands. I go out of my way to go to that one instead, its worth it

The food is great but the Asian lady is very sassy. I asked for a beef bowl with rice and veggies and was very hard to tell her. She responded back with attitude and walk back very standoffish. I asked for hot sauce and she gave me 1 and then when I ask for her another she just stared at me. Not good service. Other than that- I was not impressed.

Workers don’t care, will use old food because they can’t bother to make it fresh for their customers because it’s too much work, frozen vegetables are used instead of fresh. Horrible food.

I cannot stress how unpleasant it was when ordering our food. Had I been alone I would have left , there customer service is TERRIBLE! They need to acquire more people skills. They make mistakes and when we point em out they got offended and were very bothered. Food wise It was quite normal nothing out of the ordinary. First time here but that was my welcome in moment and it was not great.
