We got tweedle dumb and mad cow pizzas as well as a cheese, and then 2 salads. The salads are a 10/10. The mad cow pizza was a pit of grease it leaked onto all the other boxes but tasted good. Way too much sauce on the cheese pizza. Over all it was good, we will order salads again for sure but different pizzas next time!

Great pizza!! If you can get it. Never answer their phone. Only open very limited hours. Love the pizza but the hoops you have to jump through to place an order are too much. Was going to order today but got tired of listening to a phone ring.

Third and last time I’ll call in. The time someone else was lucky enough to get through and order the pizza it was great! I could never get through two times before and tonight when I called I was asked to wait for one minute which eventually ended up being eight. I just hung up and ordered elsewhere.

Really upset about the handling of our recent purchase… Open our box and all the cheese is on one side of the box.. Someone clearly dropped the pizza.. That’s OK, it was in a box and just a minor issue.. The problem is that my wife has wanted this specific pizza for a while and they decided to change the toppings because they were out of the regular toppings.. They never took the time to call and let us know or ask if we still wanted that pizza.. What if we are allergic to the topping they “chose” for us? It was covered in 3lbs of cheese so we would have had zero idea until we bit into it.. At the end of the day, a mistake is a mistake but communication must be had with the customer.. You cannot just guess or replace things, especially in the food business.. Call your customer and communicate with them.

Mad Pies used to be so good when they were in Scottdale, but since they moved service is awful. We placed an almost 70 dollar order, & yet again it wasn’t right, and the staff that’s there won’t even attempt to remedy it. won’t EVER be ordering again! Our wings are RAW and we ordered extra crispy, we ordered fries on our daughter’s salad, and there’s none. It honestly seems like they intentionally don’t care at all. Definitely do not recommend!

We have ordered several times from Mad Pies ever since they moved to Mount Pleasant. They have very friendly staff and their assortment of pizzas is impressive. I can’t say that I’ve loved every one that I have tried so far, but for the most part they are delicious. I love that they are pushing the boundaries in terms of creativity. Their crust is amazing. So thick and doughy. Their wings, hot pepper cheese balls and salads are great. Their buffalo chicken pizza is my absolute favorite. We will definitely continue to order.

Very rude staff. When our pizza arrived it arrived soggy and cold. We paid 70 dollars for the order for a family get together, I called to see what the issue was (as we have never had an issue before this) and the manager preceded to yell at us. Apparently the other family In the duplex called in a complaint as well and because, we are the adjoining duplex we are grouped together. We were belittled and definitely will never ever eat or recommend here again. I had explained to him, we are a duplex and what they had experience was completely different from ours and we were met with complete and total disregard and rudeness. Definitely recommend going over to Norvelt pizza if you can. It’s better anyways.

Pizza is good, customer service is terrible. PSA….do not use slice app, according to the manager at Mad Pies you will over pay and do not get an accurate delivery time, but they won’t call to tell you that. And to be told “if you don’t like the service, refrain from ordering here” as you’re leaving from picking up your own $60 pizzas after waiting over an hour (after the “delivery time”) for delivery…….I’m at a loss…..We’ve gotten pizza here many times but will no longer be customers.
