This is quite possibly the worst domino’s in existence, the previous time I ordered from them it took them 3 hours to show up. I then gave up on ordering from them for 4 months but figured I would give them one more chance tonight. I have been waiting for my pizza for 1 1/2 hours and according to there “Pizza Tracker” my pizza has been sitting there waiting to be delivered for over an hour but it has yet to leave the dominos building. I live no more the ten minutes from the dominos and would usually pickup my food myself but my car is currently in the shop. I have tried multiple times to call the store but I have been hung up on every time. Also because the dominos app sees the pizza as ready to be delivered but not out for delivery I can neither cancel the order or report a problem with the order via the app.

The best dominos that I’ve tried in Milwaukee – crazy, right? We’ve done several domino orders from the downtown location, Miller parkway, and the one on Good Hope/76th, but this one has been the most consistent by far. Ordered here on multiple occasions and for the most part, orders are correct and pizza is good lol. Its a chain so there’s going to be mistakes occasionally but this location is usually solid. Pizza was always ready on time when I pick up too.

Order took over three hours – for one large pizza. We repeatedly tried to call the store. Never got any one to pick up. Terrible service, we actually had to wait up, so that we could tell the driver we didn’t want the pizza after three hours of waiting, so we could ask for a refund. If your intention with ordering food is to eat, don’t bother using this store.

After I placed order it told me 1:10 to 1:20 min. Took almost 2 hours to get my food. Supposedly 40 min after my food came out of the oven it was supposed to be delivered. My hotel is 5 min from the store.

Took a half cooked bread bowl back TWICE because the middle was raw dough. The poor attitude having general manager said because it was “half ate” that he wasn’t gonna remake it a second time. When only some of the pasta was ate and NONE of the bread, like somebody is supposed to dig thru it before they eat it to make sure it’s cooked fully. Not only can they not cook food right, their customer service is beyond poor.
