Kinda funny the associate I got the pickup order from told me garlic butter was free when paying cash but costs extra with a card. I made sure to let friends and family know to shop elsewhere when using a card.

Ordered a BLT follower. The price has gone up but they are skimpy on their toppings. Definitely tasted everything but the bacon which is of course the most expensive part. Will NEVER call them again and Definitely do not recommend this place to anybody.

Don’t give a cash tip and add a tip to the receipt unless your intention is to split tip payment. They will not inform you that adding the tip up that you give in cash on the receipt, will charge you for an additional tip and then be very dismissive and rude when you ask why your account is pulled into the negative the next day. They will refuse to refund you.

We love this pizza place. We ordered a hot mexican pizza and it arrived without any ground beef on it. Called them back and they insisted it had it on it repeatedly. It did not have a crumble if it anywhere on the entire pizza. I must say even though they thought we were wrong they offered to make another or credit us a free one next time. So, they did us right. It was weird but still good without the ground beef. Thanks for your understanding Pizza House West.
