They hosted our baby shower and it was wonderful. Great tasting food, great service from the host, nice atmosphere. However, it’s VERY overpriced for how little we got. We honestly felt a little scammed. Also, communication was not the best. When I called up there a few days prior to get ahold of the owner, the serving staff made it clear that they didn’t know what was going on and informed us they canceled brunch due to employee turnaround and little business. The server actually told us that if we got ahold of the owner, to let them know what was going on. The lady who hosted our shower was very kind and was on top of things. But for the price we paid, you could book somewhere a lot nicer.

Casual eatery with almost no vegetarian choices. The hostess offered me their artichoke dip that came with chips that they make. It was delicious. Very complex taste and lots of ingredients. Usually when I eat artichokes I feel a sourness in their taste, but this time it was not there and the sweetness of the artichokes and water chestnuts came through. It was a bit heavy on cheese and also included mayo, so probably that could be adjusted.

Great place to eat with family! The food was delicious! We had toasted ravs and I had chef Maurice’s dinner special. 8oz steak with summer veggies and fried mashed potatoes! The fried mashed potatoes had a nice and light panko bread coating! Delicious. Highly recommend eating here.

This is the 3rd visit to this place, under different names in last handful of years. Just seems off each time, high prices, service so-so – and especially noted today that it has a very strong musty smell. We were the only table (on Saturday lunch- hmm) and our order was wrong. My husband got currywaurst – and what came was 2 links on a large place with a bit of red sauce. It looked ridiculous, like paying someone 15 bucks for a large plate with 2 hot dogs. Burger and fries were decent. We’re out of several sides. I will say the waitress and staff were very nice. Clean your basement, bleach it and put in a dehumidifier please! Waitresses – write down the orders.

The home town feel you are looking for. Filled with mouth watering burgers, generous sides and a twist to some of your favorite dishes. Also a place you get your moneys worth. They have some nice inside dinning that could easily take care of my family of 7, plenty of outside seating, along with a bar side that opens up to the patio. There is plenty of parking and its right down town Lebanon on the brick road. Great place for a nice meal.

We have been there twice since they changed to the Gasthaus. The food has been great both times and service was phenomenal. The burger and fries are really good, but the shining star has been the soup. The Minnesota Wild Rice and the Loaded Potato were amazing! To top it off the have remarkable homemade ranch. Check this place out!

In a nutshell table of 6, 2 adults 4 kids eating burgers and pizza, 1 hour and 45 minutes to start getting food, 1 plate at a time. I ate my food with a spoon because no clean forks.( note burger no bun) I understand that there is a shortage of people who don’t want to work but come on!!!! And food was just ok, nothing about it for me to want to go back.

I really loved the food and prices when Gasthaus first opened. It was so good. Then they changed their menu and now the food I have had has been mediocre and the prices went way up. I will say the drinks are good and the staff is friendly. I don’t enjoy eating there anymore – it’s not worth the price. I’ll occasionally go in for a drink.
