We had such a great experience. We ordered a bunch of stuff and the lady at the cash register, (I believe her name was Desiree) was so amazing, very professional, and super kind. She helped me with everything up to picking out what sauces to choose. She brought out our order and even offered to help us carry it out as it was three bags. I don’t know how she isn’t a manager but I would love if she worked for me!

The staff at this location were very friendly. The food is very average. I ordered the chicken sandwich with hot buffalo and had a side of 6 Parmesan garlic wings. The fries and ranch were very good, the sandwich wasn’t very good, very dry and kind of a cardboard taste. The wings were okay as well, the quality of the boneless wing was good but there was no sauce (my fault for assuming they’d be sauces) instead there was just what looked and tasted like Parmesan cheese. I guess for a fast food style wing place it was okay.

My company ordered from here today. This is the first time that I experienced food that was less than mediocre, light sauce, and not warm. I have eaten here on several occasions, and usually, it’s Desiree that helps us, and our food and customer service is 5 stars, so I suggested this today. I had the chicken sandwich combo which was under $10 and that was the best part. The sandwich was small and mushy w/no crunch. I waited 10 minutes (which is fine) ate it in store, so it was as fresh as you can get, and it was still soggy and very disappointing. I got the mango habanero sauce which tasted like sugar and capsaicin(the hot part) no fruity or pepper flavor. Not very hot(their 2nd hottest option?) Big side of fries that were also soggy but the best part of the meal(well I guess the Dr.Pepper was the best part, d’oh!) I will not be going back to try the wings. Bummer

Been to many a wingstop in my life, it’s always been my favorite wing place. Unfortunately this one has disappointed my husband and I more than 3 times now for pickup and delivery. Pic for reference… this is hardly called “wing sauce”. The wings should be coated to almost-but not quite dripping in sauce. The fries have been undercooked each of those times as well. Don’t know who’s managing and keeping up with quality check but this ain’t it. I beg you please fix it. Do better.

We got our order and there was a mistake in the order. The manager did he best to fix the issue. She couldn’t due to us being in a hurry but took care of us the best of her ability. Prompts for the customer service she offered to fix the situation. Update: stoped back in and they were busy and KC was super nice and caring about everything. They care for their customers and the place was super clean!

Went in at 8pm on Sunday, sign on door says they open till 10pm as it does on website and everywhere else. Went up to counter ordered and went to pay when the young canister lady goes “oh sorry I can’t actually take your order because we’re closed”. But you’re not, the doors open and your sign says open. “Doesn’t matter we’re closed”
