Family Owned and Operated business under new ownership! We have 27 acres on Shoal Creek and a natural spring that runs through the property as well for guests to enjoy. There is a full-service restaurant on site with outdoor seating sitting over Shoal Creek, RV sites, Cabin Rentals and tent camping available.
We offer a shuttle service to Tipton Ford for guests to float/kayak back down to us.

Rivers Bend is a great place to take your family for a fun outdoors getaway. Very family friendly, and they have amazing food and drinks. The views from their patio are very relaxing and a great way to wind down after a day of fun. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nice place to go to for camping, fishing, floating the river, or just a quiet getaway for a couple. The cabins are remodeled and very clean and cozy. We can’t wait to bring our family back!

WOW is not enough when describing this Restaurant, Camping, Waterfront Resort in Joplin Missouri! The restaurant is open to the public and the food is off the charts!! The atmosphere is fun and friendly with various dining experiences, food and drink specials, along with daily fun and games for kids and adults alike! A must visit!

My partner and I lived at Rivers Bend Resort together full time in our RV from November 2022 to June 2023. (Partner had lived there since May 2022) During our time there we came to know the owners very well and consider them amongst our greatest friends. We were treated like family and every one of our needs was accommodated for. The campground was always well taken care of, the water is always clean, and we loved taking our dogs on walks on the trails behind the restaurant. We have met many amazing people from the staff serving us in the restaurant to the weekend campers coming to spend the night by the water. We brought our first child into the world while we were living at the resort, and we have many wonderful memories introducing him to the world around him during our time there. While we are no longer living in our RV at the campground, every time we return for a float on the river, or a lunch on the patio, we are welcomed with love and open arms as if we had never left. We will always think of Rivers Bend as home.

Fantastic place. The restaurant is top notch and the waitresses are friendly and attentive. I love taking friends with me that haven’t been to let them see how much this place has changed. The campground is awesome and is definitely a destination you should try. I highly recommend it. The owners are always friendly and inviting and I know they have a lot more plans for the future. Can’t wait to see it. Go and visit this place. You won’t be disappointed.

We spend as much time as we can here! Clean, safe and fun for both kids and adults. Live music that’s family friendly with both indoor and patio seating you can’t go wrong! Clean creek for the kids to swim and play w new friends they meet w each visit we make, food is delicious and service is just as good!

Such a wonderful place! The owners and staff are so friendly and make you feel like family. We recently celebrated Mother’s Day and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and sitting out on the patio overlooking the creek so peaceful. My favorite was the fried cheese curds with Rivers Bend Sauce. Sooo good! A really great family place.
