Rick was such. A nice guy . The computer went down on him he called him for help about the computers he kept telling us he was sorry we waited 25 minutes and he had no luck with getting the computers up he was so nice to us . We over heard him saying this does happen each Sunday he said he drives a hour there and back to work . Just wow he was a great person I hope they can get the computers to work again and not go down on him . Thank you so much again

The pizza hut in Macedonia took my order online, five minutes later I was on the phone with them to correct my order and found out that they had made the order and it was in the oven. Fifteen minutes later my pizza was at my door.

If you have to order from here avoid Friday night when it is busy. 2 wrong orders handed to me and still walked out with the wrong pizza ( someone elses order I assume because I ordered a pan and got stuffed crust). When I asked to get a refund after the second attempt the girl at the counter didnt know how to handle this issue, so I walked out with the wrong pizza before I got the refund. 2 other customers with the wrong orders in the 40 minutes I waited here. I hope they figure things out here.

UPDATE: I ordered pizza fo pick up and for some odd reason i was charged a 4.49 delivery fee! I usually tip the workers when picking up but no way are they getting one when im charged a fee for me, myself going to pick it up. Plus the pizza wasn’t ready when picked up because the first one was cut wrong..not a big deal but it just added to the subpar experience.

All 4 pizza’s were dried out with sparse dried out toppings. It tasted like I was eating cardboard. They used to be very good. I don’t believe I’ll be going back. How embarrassing to open these for company.
