It’s a cool place with indoor and outdoor seating. The appetizers were really good, but our watermelon drink would have been better if it wasn’t 80% plain ice cubes. Some live matches on small LCD TVs as well.

Was curious to try this place out and I was actually surprised. The amount of space available is honestly a little tight so I wouldn’t suggest coming during peak hours because I found my self very close to others and their conversations. Which it is what it is. As for the food, I ordered fried pickles and it was a solid pickle order. The batter was not salty and the Chipotle ranch was a great pair to it. I loved it! I ordered the weekly pasta which I would highly suggest mixing the pasta well because if it didn’t have the sauce then it would be bland. It was filling but now I wish I ordered the risotto (next time). What honestly won me over was the staff. From the host to the servers and bartenders, everyone was attentive and provided a good time. Brittany was so helpful to me and helping me through the menu, I would go back for her. Sarah and Carl(? I don’t remember his name, sorry!) Would also check in on me when Brittany was not available. I went around 6:30-7pm and I would suggest not going at a peak time by personal preference. But overall a great place for an easy bit and drinks!

If you’re in Lakeside, Flower Mound, make sure to stop by here. The atmosphere is great, and they have an excellent selection of beer and liquor. The staff is friendly and provides top-notch service. Their menu has a variety of options, including unique dishes. I highly recommend trying the Irish Chicken Pot Pie, and the Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls make a fantastic appetizer or meal. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating.

The service at Tavern at Lakeside was a bit inconsistent. Some of the bartenders were sweet and fast, but overall, they could have been more attentive. The brisket tacos were really dry and caused some trouble, but the buffalo shrimp was decent. The vibes are enjoyable, but it’s best not to go there hungry.

Cute little place to visit. Not too crowded at 4-5pm on a week night. Love the outdoor seating with the fire pits! Service is friendly and fairly quick. American food selections but still tasty! Music is kind of loud if you’re looking for that but prob not great for an intimate date. Still really nice place.

First time here. This place was hopping for a Monday evening. Started at outside seating area- moved to more sheltered area at outside bar – then landed at bar inside- it got chilly as the sun went down. Bartender Corey was fun, knowledgeable, and prompt. Made great suggestions and followed up timely. My Capri Sun cocktail was served in a fun and unique bag (see pic) and was delicious. No room for appetizers or dessert this time. Had Fish n chips. Oh my – the cod was so fresh and tender. It was outstanding. Fries were good but not as hot as I prefer. Service was excellent. Bar noise was a minimal – you could have a conversation with the person next to you Give this place a try!

Pretty cool little spot down in the heart of Lakeside. More of an outdoor patio place, the inside was cool but not much indoor seating. Nice menu with a variety of food options, brunch menu on a Sunday was good too. Roasted Brussels sprouts and seasonal board to start, brunch breakfast tacos were solid, salad was a nice meal too.

Great place with outdoor seating! Loved their menu. We had ordered all appetizers Pickle fritters, roasted Brussels sprouts, Asian sweet Chilli Cauliflower fritters , Vampire dip in sourdough bread, Margarita pizza, Cocktails – Spicy pineapple margarita & Espresso martini and the dessert-Apple blueberry crisps! Wonderful food & great service.
