When I ordered my sandwich they didn’t ask if I wanted mine toasted , was disappointed. Didn’t look very business like , when we walked in there was a couple of workers sitting on the ledge of the drive through window and everyone was on there phones . Food was pretty tasty but I feel a bit pricey.

I have never had an issue with the quality of the food, it’s always top notch. My issue is the delivery drivers, the last few times my food has been put on the floor (gross) rather than wait the 2 seconds for me to stand up and answer the door, and the driver knocks on the wall. Not the door. Also, they literally never remember to include the mustard packets. But other than that, I have no issues. Just annoyances.

We have come here maybe 12 times since we’ve moved to Dundee . Literally not once was an order correct . You say no vinegar and oil , the bread is saturated . No onion , extra onion . It’s like the place is constitutionally incapable of being anything but incompetent. Maybe if they taught accuracy and literacy before speed. Might be a different story . I’ve seen countless posts about them being the jokes of Dundee , should’ve listened .

Rarely disappointed by Jimmy John’s and today was no exception. The staff was top notch. They were all young but so mature, polite, kind and friendly AND made great sandwiches. It looked like they were taking carevof a big order, but got ours done quickly. This was hands down the most 5 star team I’ve ever seen at a Jimmy John’s. Take note because they really deserve accolades.

The tuna sub is my go to. Was disappointed in them being out if sprouts but it was late in the day so maybe that’s a good thing. The bread was as good as usual. The sandwich was put together fast and wasn’t too sloppy. My wife got the Beach Club and thought is was good. The place was clean and the bathroom had some funny signage. I don’t do bathroom pics so you’ll have to see for yourself.
