Ordered a 40 piece wings are so small!!!! Mild wings and lemon pepper were extremely dry. The celery we got is nasty old too. Never ordering again no matter how quick and convenient it is.

For a place that specializes in chicken wings, I expect better. I ordered thru Door Dash, and the wings didn’t look fresh, they looked old. Wings from 7/11 are better than this.

I thought it was ridiculous to charge a “1.50” service fee for to go orders when it’s a place dedicated to exactly that. So, I decided to just head up there and put the order myself in person. And of course like many places now a day that don’t actually provide any service, there was a question to tip. Except to not give a tip you had to click on the custom button and go in and manually put in zeros. I won’t be come back because of the toxic system. Food was mid diff.

If I could rate this restaurant a zero stars I would this location never have buns or meat for burger , also I placed a order for wing and they look more old then my Granma like if they where from a day before or something. I wish they had better staff members that would do a better job to have a great quality of food on this restaurant for this location. As well be careful because this is the second time they don’t cancel a order in line for not having buns and meat for my burger and they charge me and not giving me my refund supposedly due to a change going on on their system make sure you get your refund if you or them cancel an order don’t let them keep your money.

When I picked up my wings the guy at the counter let me know that there was a prompt for a tip. I thought that was a bit forward. When I got home my chicken was old and dried out. Don’t ask people for tips for old food that’s in a bag. I was really disappointed with my food and the service.

When this location opened I thought it would be a win for the area. Things started out great but have quickly gone down hill. In the past 6 months I’ve placed several online orders, had my card charged and then my order cancelled because they don’t have chicken breast for the chicken sandwiches on the menu.

I like the food but they don’t pay attention to orders. I frequently get orders delivered without drinks I ordered, and tonight I ordered sauces on the side – I got a bag of plain wings with no sauce, no dry rub seasonings, and no ranch. Also, the soda machine was mislabeled: the Dr. Pepper was actually root beer. The delivery driver went out of their way to go back and get what was missing, but they shouldn’t have had to do that.

If i could give a negative i would. Ordered online from this place. They are incompetent to say the least!! How hard is it to get an order done correctly. Then I call and talk to the so called manager Jonathan and he is rude, then tells me the credit will take 6 days. I am learning that people don’t care how they run their business. Will never order there again and it was the first time ordering there!!

It was a waist of money. I got a 6 piece and a side order of fries. I had to drive back to get the celery and carrots. It was $17.00, including a $2.00 tip that was not deserved. The chicken was very hard and I got a small side of sauce, even the fries sucked. I will never go back and I will pass on my experience.
