Had lunch there today. Everything was great. The food was fresh and tasted great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The place has changed their business model to not use waitstaff but that shouldn’t keep someone from trying them out. Overall a great experience!

We ordered typical fries and a burger, the burger was good but the fries were pretty gross obviously the oil needed to be changed I also ordered pickled fries and you could taste the oil was old. I ll try a place once won’t be back here.

Food was pretty good. But I almost got up and left because the service was so slow and there was only a handful of people I’m the restaurant at the time. Took juat shy of 15 minutes before I was approached and given a menu. I probably won’t be going back to this location. But if you are catching a movie there at the mall, would be a good place to go IF you show up early enough to take the slow service into account

Waited 25 min for a server to take a carry out order. Not busy at all, at most 3 tables taken in the whole bar. Ordered food, forgot to check bag contents cause I was in a rush. Found they forgot a whole burger. Tried to call their store phone but instantly gets a busy tone.

Went to eat here Thursday, we walk in. Staff standing around, wasn’t busy at all. As it was about 30 minutes after it opened. Nobody and I mean nobody greeted us, just looked at us and said not one word (staff). Owner was just sitting at a table talking. Finally after a few minutes. Waitress finally says we could sit anywhere. After a couple minutes she comes to hand us our menus. Ordered the nachos, which were being enjoyed, until there was a big hair in it. And another one on my fork smh, guacamole and pace picante sauce (because it’s not salsa) was super cold. Coke was watered down. I stopped eating, and informed the waitress. The nachos were taken off the tickets, because of the hair. This was the second time, we had a bad experience here. First time there was a roach by the food. And we were told they had just sprayed. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Because, I know all food establishments have some issues. I gave them another shot, but we definitely will not be going back. After another bad experience, lack of good customer service especially. We should have known, the red flag was not being greeted. Sadly, because I was unable to finish my food. And I was still hungry. We had to go somewhere else to get something to eat. Also was told the other meal would be a combo. And was charged for the burger, fries and drink separate. Owner needs to also step up her customer service skills. As well as her staff..

I love stopping here every time I visit the mall! It’s so nice to have a good drink and delicious food after walking the mall and all that shopping. The burgers and drinks are the absolute best. My favorite bartender Hayley R always gives the best friendly service and has a great attitude which will always makee me come back every time. Highly recommend. The live bands are the best shows in Abilene! Don’t hesitate to come here if you’re looking for a good time.
