The girl with the pink hair working in the drive-through in the car experience unforgettably positive! We had a large order of a large double cheeseburger meal with hot mustard and a lemonade, the fish filet meal, large, with Coke zero and ketchup on the side, too hot and spicy with chicken sandwiches in large fries with ketchup on this side, and two four-piece chicken nugget Happy meals with apple slices and juice. Everything came out correctly, was made fresh, and came out sooner than we expected. Would 100% recommend this McDonald’s to anybody!

Bad service. Bad attitudes. Staff and manager were rude and disrespectful to other customers with a lobby full of customers. Staff was mocking and laughing. Sunday 8/13/23 2:00pm pink hair employee laughed in customers face because they missed their transportation home due to waiting 40 minutes for staff to correct their order. Makes me sad for the Rockland area. The service used to be immaculate. One staff member said to a customer, “I’m clocked out, don’t talk to me.” Baffling.

Went here to dine in and get a Grimace Shake, decided to buy the meal. Screwed up our order. Twice. Food took FOREVER to get to our table and when we asked why one of our drinks was a blue slushie, they said they “ran out of the coke one”. So instead of telling us that it ran out and asking what WE wanted as a substitute, they gave us some random drink.

This place has gone completely down the toilet the last few years I have never been treated as poorly here in past but last trip to eat inside was horrible rude staff would be an understatement and order was wrong and incomplete and when confronted about missing food the staff actually got worse!! I had actually worked here at one time and I had family work here for years and it was never as bad as this they have no respect for anyone anymore just pathetic zero stars if it could actually be given…… I’ll spend my money elsewhere where for now on. Damn shame it’s gotten so bad.

I went in after a 13 hour shift to get a quick dinner. I ordered a 20 piece regular nuggets. Received 16 nuggets, that were cold. When I went back in and asked for a fresh batch, they gave me spicy nuggets. The large fry barely had enough in it to be called a small. The managers were non stop complaining about their jobs the whole time which let me know they didn’t care about their mistakes so I didn’t bother complaining to them. If it wasn’t the closest McDonald’s, out of my two choices, I’d go elsewhere.
