They need to change the name to It’s Just Terrible! How can you mess up Wings and Fries this bad? The chicken was not crispy, undercooked. Little to no sauce on them. Fries were ok for something that came out of a frozen bag. The secret fry sauce is just Sweet Baby Ray’s Chicken sauce. Which was probably the highlight of the meal. What is more of a secret is that this restaurant is actually Chili’s. Drove around for 10 minutes before figuring out. It’s no wonder that Chili’s are going out business soon!

Well their menu says wings come with ranch, and I ordered extra blue cheese. A very cheap and simple part of the order, but you left them out the first time and second time I ordered them. Door dash did their part but all I got from a gal at the wing place is “we can’t do anything for you, you have to go through door dasb, and therefore I had to do the leg work to call door dash, wait 20 minutes and luckily they made it right, but probably my second to last time eating here. I will try 1 more time and if they mess something up again, i’m done.

The fries are always soggy and cold. You might get your ranch or maybe not, but the wings are pretty good and value is overall not bad compared to other competitors.

If I could give a half a star I WOULD!! do NOT eat this mess! I ordered through doordash and am so highly disappointed!! Oh my gosh! Its soggy, it’s like chicken nuggets from the store with sauce slipped on top, my fries were so soggy they fell apart. I did not get my chocolate dipping sauce with my burnt yet soggy full of grease oreos! If I could have tipped doordash to take it back and get my money back I would have! Waste of my hard earned money because I threw it all away!! I work hard and hardly ever eat put and I should have read the reviews before ordering, sadlydoordash doesn’t just post reviews when searching for where/what you’re craving. I’m so disappointed yall, you have got to do better!!

Never had a problem with them till a month ago. They gave a waste of money a whole different meaning. I literally lost 12.19 of my money. So I ordered on the 13th of January by DoorDash probably 40 to 30 minutes before they closed. Then drove to the location. I waited a good 20 minutes before I walked to the door. No one answered the door so I called the number. And the guy told me that they closed early , and I would get refunded in a couple of business days. Shame on me for not following up. After the a week I checked my bank and I was charged for the money of my order I never got. So I called again to see what the hell was going on. I will give it to the guy he actually seem like he wanted to help. Gave me some helpful information. He told me DoorDash should had refund me. I’ve tried to dispute the claim but DoorDash told me I would have to eat the cost in so many words because it looked like I got my food. So I come back too It’s just wings. I have yet to receive any results to this situation. I should’ve pushed the issue that very night and had them canceled my order then. Maybe I wouldn’t had had this problem.
