The food here is good but they need to hire more heads. I ordered for pickup thinking it’ll be quick but it took a little longer. They quoted 30 minutes but it was longer. Poor waitress was handling a busy day. Very nice doe even under the stress of a full house.

The food overall was pretty tasty and the servings were good. They need to work on their decor and ambiance as the lights fixtures were very old fashioned and it gave the restaurant a gloomy effect; and the waitress could use more clothes that are work appropriate. As a recommendation, pay in cash so you don’t have to pay taxes

Overall the food was very tasty. However, I was given a warm and tasteless papaya milkshake and after informing the waitress shortly after tasting the beverage, she responded that she had mentioned to me that it would be served warm (I was never told that the milkshake would be served warm).

Must have new chef and/or owners. Food was not as good as the last time we went. Sopa de marinara was tasteless and had too much imitation seafood and not enough shrimp. I used to look forward to the soup. Not so much now. Rest of the food was o.k.

The day I went was also during a street fair that this restaurant was participating in. So this review may not depict the restaurant’s best day. It probably would have been better to keep the restaurant closed during the fair as it likely would have saved them from giving customers a very lack luster dining experience.

Disappointing food….ordered Hornado (shredded pork), the pieces served on the takeout order were not fresh and it was small chunks not shredded. The soup that was ordered had the meat under cooked. We have eaten at several Ecuadorian restaurants and this one was very disappointing and would avise you not to go there.

This places is garbage I went for a SIMPLE sandwich and they last like 1 hour to make it because they put another orders just because they were bigger ones and I had to stay sit 1 hour looking people that came after me leaving with their orders when finally I got my order it was just 2 COLD pieces of bread and a chicken breast with a lettuce between I mean cmon I could do a better sandwich in 1/8 of the time that I last there bad service and it’s the chef fault above all
