Disappointed. I never thought I’d be writing a bad review for Dunkin! So, I ordered a small matcha latte no ice. Do you know what they gave me? A medium cup half filled. That’s not even close to how much is in a small cup! I dont like to complain, so I just left frustrated. Then, when I was in the car, I checked the recipet and they charged me for an iced medium matcha latte. This whole experience is bizarre. Will not be going to this Dunkin again. There are better ones out there.

I have had two times where the Dunkin Donuts app did not give me my rewards. When you bring up an issue to the manager, they always dismiss the customer concerns and only tell you to try at your next visit. Also, I have had times where my lattes and breakfast sandwiches were terrible. It’s mainly this location. They need to do better.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts in seaford this morning at 8:30 am, and ordered a matcha that did not taste like it had the extra sugar free rasberry in it that I had requested. My order number was 3679 and I went back and spoke with a nice African American woman at the drive through window and she remade it. She was very nice and showed the other workers how to make the matcha correctly, and the matcha tasted perfect. I did not get her name but she is a great worker and knows how to make the perfect matchas. She never has and attitude and treats people kindly.

I go to Seaford D.D. on stein highway every morning. About 4/5 times, My order is ALWAYS WRONG!!! I’m si tired of rarely getting exactly what I ordered and paid for! I got a mobile order of someone else’s drink, when I CLEARLY AND SLOWLY said my drink order, and the my STILL got it wrong. Worst Dunkin ever! 5/10 dunkins have the worst employees! Do better yall! Learn to listen and communicate……

The staff were all worried about drive through and I stud for twenty minutes until I hollered at a staff member for help she didn’t even knowledge me. But that location seems to be that way all the time must not have any management.
