Food was good but service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We were done and our waiter walked by never to be seen again for 15 minutes, until we started looking for him. Water on the floor in restrooms. Table needed further cleaning when we sat down. Silverware seemed to have dried food on one set when we opened them up. Surely are better dining places in area.

First visit. Great food and atmosphere. Had read on previous reviews about live music, but when my husband and I arrived it was an American band. I was expecting Mexican or Spanish music as that is the theme of the restaurant. Like I said, food was great, good and fast service especially on a Friday and good margaritas. Will be going back.

My friends and I went there for a birthday dinner and we had so much fun! The wait staff was super – very attentive and even the manager came by to check on us to see if everything was satisfactory. They had a 3 piece band there that night who came around to play music at tables and they were fantastic! We participated in it as well and it was really fun. The food was very good although I do have to say the rice did not have much flavor. Drinks were good as well. Loved the decor – very beautiful inside. All in all it was a great time there and I would definitely go back!

Went there last night with my parents, and the service was absolutely horrible. Food was average but our actual waiter never came over to check on us. We had about 4 different waiters helping us because our actual one never came over. We ordered table-side guacamole and couldn’t eat it because we had no chips left and nobody came over for 10 minutes. The only time that our waiter came over was when we asked for our check, and at that time he came back more than he did during the rest of our meal. When he did come over the couple of times, he kept apologizing for our inconveniences. Because of the horrendous service we asked to speak to the manager, and that was even worse. The manager was very unwilling to talk to us and come to a compromise. We explained our service situation and requested that we get our meal for free ( it was a $46 tab) and he was unwilling to do that. He took off the guacamole, but told us that he couldn’t give us the meal for free. When we told him that we’d never be returning because of the service he said “Ok” and then walked away. Absolutely disgusted with lack of respect and lack of care towards the diners. Never will be returning to the Enfield Plaza Azteca.

Plaza Azteca is decent place if you have a hungering for mexican food. My wife and i just ate dinner there. The atmosphere was nice, not my taste but nice. Well lit and decorated. The service was my favorite part of our experience there. We were greeted with a smile. This is huge in today’s world because I feel the warmth that should always accompany customer service has be lost in many places in the service industry. Our waiter was at our table frequently and we were never abandoned. Our orders were exactly as we ordered them. We did have to move after I mentioned that our table was sticky. The food was good but nothing I would brag about. All together I’d give it 3 stars. It wasn’t bad hut it wasn’t the kind of place I would revisit often.

Service was terrible, although the food was good, my wife and I waited extremely long time for our drinks, as well as our appetizer, as we waited for our dinner, our waiter came to us and asked us what we ordered, he claims the kitchen didn’t have our order, we waited an additional 15 minutes to finally have our meal. When we received our bill we were charged for drinks we didn’t have. I would not recommend this restaurant for good service.

had one of my best restaurant experiences here. my father, brother (key point to note is he has moderate-sever autism) and i wanted to go out, and from the very beginning when our waiter, whose name i believe was Carlos but i may be mistaken, said hello to us and asked what we would like to drink, he is clearly a very experienced waiter, interacted with my brother excellently who had been timid about trying the food there but got very engaged throughout the night, with great help from Carlos about what he wanted to eat, who at the end shook my and my fathers hand, and when my brother didn’t respond to that, thought to try and fist bump, which he loved (he’s 16).Suffice it all to say, very nice food, some of the best customer service i have ever received in a restaurant, and a pleasant atmosphere. all around great place
