Came in after around 3:30 after lunch and when things were beginning to slow down. First impression is the menu. Lots to choose from. Taqitos, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and tostada’s. Food came out within 15 minutes hot. I tried the enchiladas; beef and pork. Inside seating area needed attention. Nothing horrendous but filled with crumbs. You could tell they had a busy day. Beans were a bit too salty for my taste. Rice cooked perfectly. Tender chicken chunks. Shredded beef melted in the tortilla. Jamaica drink is too sugary for me. Go for the horchata instead. Don’t forget to grab a small boat of tortilla chips. They offer it at the front but never tell you about it. Or at least I was not told about it.

They are so slow! During the day prepare to wait 45 minutes for three burritos in the drive thru line! I’m not sure who is running the show mid day but it’s a hot mess and a half.

Food is ok. But the service is Not good. When i walkd in All employees were eating on the counter. . My order took for ever to get to me.There were only a few customers. The crew consisted of young kids that probably don’t see the importance of the customers needs. One of their employees was talking to a customer about smoking weed. Very unprofessional.

I was told they can downsize the carne asada fries and not charge the regular price ( $15) because I can’t eat such a large amount of food it goes to waste. The cashier said he can lower the price . When my husband pulled up to the window , he was still charged$15 for half of the amount. Yea I get it.., inflation but don’t be dishonest and tell people it can be fulfilled and waste our time when you’re only in it for a financial gain.

1st off I want to say, I made a specific order because i was traveling and this is the closest Mexican restaurant near my destination. I ordered: 10 Carne asada burritos , Pico de Gallo and Guac on the side, the drive thru gal was kind, courteous, and the food came out delicious, the order was made exactly as requested, i stored in a ice chest and my family had fresh delicious burritos, by the time I arrived at my destination 5hrs later. Also I popped in for a quick potty break and the lobby was clean, freshly mopped, and the facilities were clean, great condition. all around splendid visit.

I simply asked for go guacamole and sour cream on the orderes I made. I made it easy and said only include it with my order of a supreme quesadilla but now the food I wanted to save for later is going to be soggy especially when the person taking the order reiterated what I said twice. This happened multiple times I’ve been here and it’s not worth it

Ordered grilled chicken salad received a soup. Sprinkles of lettuce no tomatoes hard dried limes. Called to complain staff rude and condescending. Was working, had 30 min break. Was told I needed to take food back to get refund and or food remade. Right because after 12 hour shift. I desperately want to go to a restaurant to get food I ordered for lunch. Almost 30 dollars for two of these “salads” and one soda.
