It was a Tuesday, and I decided I wanted tacos. I wanted to try this place because they had authentic Mexican food and birria tacos. It was located near our hotel. I ordered through Uber eats for pickup. When I arrived, I was told they did not have corn tortillas and asked if I wanted something different. I compromised and asked to use flour tortillas to make tacos. They complied. The 2 ladies on staff were very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a party definitely a vibe with sombreros hanging from the ceiling. I also loved the bright colors displayed. We ordered the chicken and birria tacos, rice, and elotes. The tacos were good; the birria tacos were wet from the meat inside but still good. The rice reminded us of quinoa and was bland. We were not fans of it. However, they definitely made up for it with the elote, delicioso. Also, do not forget to pair your meal the many drink options they have.

I’ve been wanting to try this place forever. The service was great. They were really attentive and made you feel comfortable. I’m really familiar with Mexican food since I am Mexican. I love to support small businesses and I hope that this business flourishes! The horchata was a little too watery for my palate but it has good flavor! My husband loved his quesadilla. He was still hungry afterwards so we got a gordita. The corn shell was so good and probably the best I’ve had. Our shrimp tacos were okay. The spicy Mayo wasn’t what you’d typically have at an Asian restaurant but it was spicier which I didn’t mind. The barbacoa was so good and tender. It was flavorful and I can’t wait to try it again.

Had a wonderful meal with several selections. All the meats were fantastic and the meal prepared fresh. Tried the Sope, the Tostada and the Taco Bowl. My only complaint is that the bowl was pre-made but everything else was fantastic and outshined that minor imperfection. The service was great and they have Jamaica!
