They need to work on their customer service skills if they want people to come to their establishment. I walked inside to order breakfast and was ignored for over 10 minutes. There were two women who saw me and made eye contact but didn’t bother asking me if I needed any help and just continued to ignore me and not serve me. I was the only person inside and the drive thru was empty, I would’ve understood it they were busy but this Is not an excuse. By the time she finally walked over, it was almost 15 minutes of waiting and she never apologized. I should’ve just walked out. Don’t recommend this Taco Bell. Go somewhere else.

This is by far my favorite taco bell in the 209, the staff at night is always so friendly, besides one guy who was rude to me. I doordash and they are always so respectful and don’t mind after I’ve been running multiple orders if I happen to order something they have no problem taking my order and do it in a timely manner. I can’t get that kind of service from 90% of these fast food joints let alone are any taco Bell’s even open past like 10am in this area….. So to the staff that works nights, your awesome don’t listen to these people in other reviews. I see your guys work and I appreciate you and what you do and thank you for not messing any door dash orders up!

It’s a Taco Bell, you really don’t go here for quality or a nice experience. It’s a place to go when you’ve been drinking, you can’t find your wallet, and all you have is spare change in the console of your car and you need to get some food on your stomach.

Always enjoy a quick break to Taco Bell. Can be a bit busy at times, but they are fast with orders. Nice to take five & enjoy my meal. I had a great experience today. Apparently my online order did not go through. However, I was helped quickly by the gentleman in front. He was very polite; great 1st impression. He also went back to make my food personally, and returned promptly. Truly appreciated!
