One of the worst dining experiences ever. The employees left a brand new person up front to help us and he didn’t know the answers to any of the questions and they were ALL in the back room chatting and this kid needed help. When they all eventually came out they were pretend coughing at one another and grabbing each other’s heads with their gloves on. It was a lot. I come from food service and there were about 109 things I’d never ever in a million years let fly. If you’re in the mood to chipotle just drive across town, do not bother with this location. Hope they can get it together!

This place use to be great, but the last two times we ordered from here our bowls were only half full. The chips are nasty now and if you get guacamole, it’s barely enough for a few chips. Do better!

Well I went to chipotle on Ken Pratt last night at about 8:15 pm and I got food poisoning! I did order a chicken bowl to go. This location seems to be really hit or miss, this is my first time getting sick from chipotle! What a horrible experience!!!!

There was a dead bug in the food. Chipotle wouldn’t give a full refund but gave a BOGO. After seeing this we couldn’t eat the food. I purchased two bowls and a kids meal. Threw everything the second I saw the bug. Disgusted….

The place was empty when I went in around 5, the music was so loud that I couldn’t hear the woman at the register talk to me. got the food home to find the chips were super stale and they gave us wrong side. Sadly, this type of stuff seems to be a normal with Chipotle’s in the area

The burritos were watery. The tomatillo sauce and the sofritas were both watery lacking any spicy flavor. When opening the aluminum foil they were more like bowls because the tortilla wasn’t wrapped all the way around them. The barrier between the people and the food was dirty with lots of food and prints. The area where they put the food together, in front of you, had food of all kinds on it so even if you didn’t want cheese it came with it.

Been going to this location for 20+ years. Always great service and consistent proportions. With mobile ordering here to stay, perhaps it’s time chipotle has a separate line dedicated to preparing mobile orders. Waiting in a short line for just over 20 mins watching them prepare a barrage of online orders. As I sat there and ate, the line never got shorter as I watched people getting a little impatient. The employees did their best to try and balance it out, but they definitely need some help.
