A Nervous Freak
Very dissatisfied. I ordered a famous bowl, and it came with only 5 pieces of chicken. Never once have I gotten so little. I asked if there was any way I could get more, as it seemed like a very little amount, but the manager said she could only charge me for a popcorn chicken (which is more expensive then the bowl itself) rather than fix their mistake. This was my first and last visit to this location

This location is very consistent at getting your order wrong. More often than not the person taking orders in the drive thru is also prepping the food. Then they run over and key in the order after they make it. I’ve seen it with my own eyes too many times. When you get to the window make sure to have them repeat the order to you because if you have any special requests they will NOT them applied. They rarely get it right and changes are made to our order more times than not. We’ve just moved on to a different location because the longer drive is worth getting what you asked for.

It taste like they cook the chicken the night before and leave it out all night. They rush you though so they can get back to talking to each other. The chicken is always dry and very tuff. The first and only time I’ve experienced tuff chicken. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. MINE WENT IN THE TRASH.

I did an online order, the mobile app gave me a time. Once I got to the restaurant I had to wait about 20min for my order. I got home and my order was not complete, I tried calling the restaurant someone pick up and left the phone unhooked. Tried calling back several times and call didn’t go through. I decided to go back to the restaurant and it was about 820pm lobby closes at 9pm both doors were locked and their was about 5 employees in the lobby including the manager and they wanted for me to wait in the drive thru line for my missing items. Very bad service!!!

Went to KFC wanted all crispy chicken they tell me they only had wings and thighs. I said hummm ok well then I’ll take all original then they proceeded to tell me well you have to wait for 10 minutes. Why in the world if you see your meat is low why didn’t you cook more like really your gonna sell it . Because it was early in the evening .. so I just decided to go somewhere else .. It’s great chicken but come on people have chicken already cooked I drove over there to get the 16 piece of chicken but they didn’t take the sale . I took Myself to another business and my money .
