Its sad that Statesboro was home to one of the original Zaxby locations and is now home to the worst location I have ever visited. The food was cold and this was at lunch. The fingers were so small I thought they were nuggets and the wings were like rubber. My toast wasnt even toasted. The interior smelled bad and some of the booths were torn and patched. Very sad to see. Make the drive to the other location and leave this one in your rear view mirror.

Why do I go back? Hoping food will be fresh and edible. The fries had been fried more than once. The chicken and toast with the sandwich tasted like they were left over from the 6 o’clock rush hour. Certain times of the day the food is cooked fresh to order. After 8 o’clock and especially the closer it gets to closing, it’s garbage.

Placed my order and 5 people behind me got there food while mine sat on the counter behind the cashier for over 20 minutes, did not have any sauce in any of the 3 items I ordered. My food was cold, and let’s be honest, not too appealing to the eye for how much I paid for this. I’ve been eating here my entire life and lately it seems that this establishment has went down hill. I will not be returning to this location ever due to this being one of many bad dealings I’ve had. I asked for double fries and as you see I didn’t even get a single order, the nibbles look like someone threw them in the box, chicken fingers torn to pieces. This is just unacceptable and is not right. I advise others to steer clear of this location

I enjoy this restaurant in Savannah, but seems here in Statesboro I have a hard time getting the sauce as ordered. My last attempt was couple days ago. I ordered their sweet & spicy sauce w/ traditional wings (I deleted the sauce info so my description may be a bit off). Somehow, they 4get the sauce. My son’s meal was great, sadly, my chicken tasted like boiled chicken served w/ ranch. I was a bit disappointed, but hey, life happens. I don’t plan on eating at the Statesboro locations any longer.

Customer service is horrible. Apparently, 4 fingers don’t come with a sauce, so we paid for one. Still didn’t get it with the food. Went back to the counter and had to dig out the receipt to prove we paid for it. When I think of all the money I’ve spent there over the years…we won’t be going back any time soon.

This location is filthy. FILTHY!!! The waitress that took our order two days ago for lunch could not have been anymore unpleasant. No smile, no eye contact, zero customer service. For Statesboro where this business originated you would think optics would be everything. Optics has been overlooked completely here. My advice: fire everyone and start over! Clean it up and get some decent acting and pleasant staff! -Floors and walls filthy! I wish I had taken pictures to post here. Food was good!

My food looks actually decent, which is surprising now a days… however I should not have to repeat myself in the drive through 3-4 times only to then say nevermind because whoever is listening clearly either can’t hear or is just not listening. I feel like a cup of seasoning salt is a pretty common thing that is asked for… by the third time you should put together what it is im asking for… not sure if your headsets need checked or what but good lord no one enjoys repeating themselves.
