We ordered an Impossible Burger with another burger, 3 large fries, and two sodas. They gave us 2 large fries, and two random burgers that we didn’t order (and they added pickles which I explicitly said not to add) the only thing they got right were the sodas; I also mentioned the Impossible Burger because my girlfriend is a vegetarian and so she couldn’t eat the burger they gave us and could only eat the fries instead.

This bk was horrible. They didn’t have chicken, they didn’t have bacon and so I got a burger with cheese and some jalapeño bites and it still took them making me pull around and wait for 20 minutes. There were rats running around in the parking lot and this was literally the worst bk I’ve been to in my life. It wasn’t busy and didn’t have a ton of people that I thought I was going to have to wait and there weren’t any cars that got their food at the window. Every car for 20 minutes (mind you at like 6pm) had to pull around and wait. This was ridiculous along with there are no prices on my receipt or the rest of the code for me to put on the bk experience how bad this was.

Tried to place an order, but sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. When I pulled up to place the order the employee said that they didn’t hear me and I needed to pull around to place an order again. I asked if there was any way they could place my order since there were a line of cars behind me now. They still refused and told me to pull around and there was nothing they can do. I’ve worked drive thru jobs, I call B.S. I decided just to take my money, leave, and tell others not to bother with this place. I have never seen a place that takes your order when they feel like it and then gets an attitude when you are still waiting at the drive through window because they forgot to give you all your items. I truly don’t see Burger King lasting in Milwaukee much longer.
