I ordered a supreme pizza and it was missing half the toppings. I ordered online and it was delivered. However, if they realized they did not have the right toppings while making it, they should’ve called so I could’ve changed my order. They also put way too many onions on the pizza. We had to throw some of it away. It was disappointing.

Horrible. Got raw boneless chicken wings. I mean raw. When I took them back the girls informed me there was no manager there. The day before the refrigerator was out. They are still cooking and serving food that is not safe. This is serious. Some one can die from this. This isn’t the first problem I have had with this location. But it will be the last. Please be careful eating here.

I ordered two pizzas online for pickup last night. Got home and realized one pizza was completely wrong. Called the store and spoke to what I assume was the manager. She apologized and offered to have my pizza delivered for me so I didn’t have to go back out. Customer service was great. They will be my go to place whenever I want to order takeout or delivery from now on.

Pizza Hut used to deliver. Now the app says no longer able to deliver to Odenton. Switched to Pizza Boli’s and their pizza is horrible, but at least they deliver to Odenton. Contacted store and corporate with no response from either. Now looking for other options

Cancelled my order without telling me. Tried calling three times to find out where it was and the system hung up because no one was answering the phone. Tried checking online and it said it was in process. Finally went to the store and the manager said that my order and two other customers in the restaurant were cancelled and we’d get a refund in six to nine days. Refused to do ANYTHING to help remedy the situation. Said we could all buy new pizzas and wait for them to be made. Refused to contact the owner, Tom, or provide his contact information. Stunningly bad customer service and absolutely no attempt to remedy the serious inconvenience. Will never, ever, order from this restaurant again.

I’ve tried this location many times but the pizza is always just edible/sufficient to curb the hunger but NEVER as tasty and fresh as the pizza hut in Gambrills. The last time I ordered delivery three items were missing (I tried calling to rectify and no one answered the phone). I give up. I’ll just drive to Gambrills for pizza. This location is lacking/should assess the quality and taste of their pizzas vs other locations.

Order was scheduled to be delivered at 12:30. At 12:40 text said it was out for delivery. After 20 mins I called restaurant…no answer. Called again and was immediately put on hold. It arrived at 1:17 while I was still on hold. We only live about 1 mile away. Pizza was barely warm, was soggy, and the order was wrong. Ordered pan pizza, received regular crust.

Just returned to getting pizza at this location, received a double pepperoni pizza without the pepperoni, called, let it go ring without answering, and I called again they picked up they dont want to do anything about it. I stopped going to this location because they did the same thing so i drove to location and watched them walk up to the phone and ignore it multiple times. Called them while standing in front of them asked why they arent answering the phone an they just said if i want to order something else do it or leave

I am disappointed in this restaurant I shouldn’t even be giving up them a review one of the workers called me a slur and threw the pizza at me and pulled a hot dog out of his car and stuffed it in the pizza I’m so disappointed in this restaurant… DO BETTER PIZZA HUT!
