We just went through drive through on 2/2/2023 and the manager on duty Maryanna refused to take our order because you guys are offering a 4 for 6 deal and that’s what we wanted. We didn’t tell her that and because we did not she decided to start rambling on about for now on we need to tell her or she will charge us full price because now she has to rering the order. If you don’t wanna work in fast food then find a different job. No wonder your guys parking lot is always empty.

Swung through the drive thru today at lunch and was very pleased! The lady that took my order spoke very well and the speaker was nice and clear so I could hear her. She made it very easy to order exactly what I wanted and when I pulled up to the window she was very nice and promptly took my payment and had the food ready. The food was hot and very well prepared. I’ll definitely be back, much nicer experience than McDonald’s down the street!!

I have had some pretty iffy orders over my 34 years but this one takes the cake. More on the person than the restaurant tbh. I place my order for 2 combos and 2 cinnamon rolls. After waiting in line beind only 1 car for just a moment I then had to wait for 20 min and was asked to pull forward to wait for somthing, maybe the cinnamon rolls idk but anyway, I finally get my order, dont check it because I still believe in competent individuals. I get to my destination thankfully only 5 min away and there’s no hashrounds. I go back and thankfully there’s nobody at the order speaker but 3 in front, im told to wait at the speaker, ok fine, then I explained nicely im the person that just had the 2 combos and the hashrounds weren’t in the bag, “yea pull around” I was told. So thinking ok it’s a quick item and it’s their mistake I pull next to the line near the window, afterall I had already waitin in line and they walked the order out, surely they can make it right. Nope. I wait for 2 cars to pass before I am yelled at from the window “sir your going to have to jump back in line!” I said “I have already been through the line and am running late for a breakfast with my wife, is there any way you can just hand them to me at the window?” She told me “I told you to just pull around!” I said “and I did, it’s your mistake.” She replied back “yea I guess so, what do u want!” At this point I said “THE HASHROUNDS YOU FORGOT TO PUT IN THE BAG!” And was then finally handed the rest of my order. Absolutely unacceptable for a customer service position to be filled with someone who has ZERO customer skills. But once I got it all the food was good for fast food.

For one I tried to convince my friend not to order food here because I got a raw burger and they refused to fix it. But she likes the place so I took her and then the Karen who was working had my friend come out and tell me to park in an actual space. The place was so dead and the only car in the lot was and employee. Definitely do not recommend.

I truly don’t know how this location is still open. Any time I go there, the staff will not take my order and tell me they are closed or not serving food, even if I just try to get a soda. The place always looks dark and dirty inside. I would avoid this place at all costs. 0 stars

The Frisch breakfast is always on point. While it didn’t really affect my meal the lady taking the order was rather rude to the elderly gentleman in line in front of me. At least the lady who was manager was nice and polite to him.

I ordered online only to find at 6:50 am no one answered the drive through. I drove up to the window no light on except on the kitchen . They weren’t ready yet.
