Don’t go there at 8:30 at night! Even though on line saids close at 9:00. Door was locked, worker was just sitting on top of the counter with her back towards the door not even looking. Her butt was on the counter where the food is obviously placed. Absolutely disgusting and very unprofessional to say the least. Door handled was pulled no response nothing. If you don’t like your job quit. Your lazy anyway!

Okay so I have been going to this Dunkin nearly on a daily basis for the past couple of years. I have had several several issues before however I’ve been getting a little more more frustrated… there are some places that you go to where the employees really take pride in customer service and Order accuracy, however this is not one of them. I can’t actually say it’s not at all because there are a couple of people there that I have not had a problem with but I have had more issues than not. For example, I went there yesterday on my way to work bought a large iced coffee and an everything bagel that I specified with extra extra cream cheese. I do that because 95% of the time that I asked for extra cream cheese it is so thinly on the bagel that you can actually see through it so I have now gotten into the habit of saying the word extra twice ridiculous I know. I’m attaching an image of what extra extra cream cheese seems to look like, this happens to me on several occasions as I frequent there almost every single day. Today, I went back ordered ham egg and cheese on an English muffin and a large Frozen with whipped cream. I have attached images of what I received from this morning, no cheese on the sandwich and a ton of whipped cream that not only filled the bubble lid but took up an eighth of a cup. I do not have the time to go back and complain as I make a 40-minute drive to work every single day, but this is a little ridiculous between today and yesterday alone I have spent almost $16 and as I said I am there I’m nearly a daily basis and it’s not like I’m somebody that hasn’t been seen before they know that I go there and they know that I spend money it should not be that difficult to get the order correctly, I am now at a point where I will go to a different Dunkin if need be which sucks because the other one that I go to is a little higher price but if my order is always correct there it is almost worth it. not saying this to get anybody into trouble, and I have had positive experience is there before, however there is nothing wrong with taking pride in what you do, but there should be more positive experiences than negative and great customer service really would go a long way. and if I am there on a daily basis and spend anywhere from 3 to $9 a day how much am I spending a month
