I entered the store it was very clean. I did feel it was a little on the dark side. I did use the restroom that was immaculate very clean. My order I asked for no pickles. It had seemed like they put extra pickles on. So I was a little disappointed with that. And their frappe machine was down. I was disappointed with that.

Typically most of the McDonald’s fast food restaurants in my opinion are continuing to decline in service. Here at this McDonalds during our visit there was no napkins and no clean tables was definitely a big issue. During our visit we needed our table to be wiped down before we could sit down. And There was no napkins Available for customers. Employees from behind the counter gave us a wet cloth to clean our table and Napkins were issued only with our meal to dry the table. We ordered our meals through the kiosk for dining in. When our order was brought to our table we had to ask for our drinks and it appeared to us that we should have already received the cups with the employee reaction. On my second visit on the same day; I Went through the drive thru for my evening meal and nobody took my order on the number one line. When I got to the window I was inform the employee had turned her head set off. This continues to happen to me at this McDonald’s. During this visit I had the quarter pounder with bacon and it’s definitely a below average bacon cheeseburger. The BBQ sauce has a smoky flavor…..

Brought my teenage grandchildren for a quick meal on our way to the HS band concert. Understaffed and long wait. Both sweet tea containers empty. Order was incomplete and had another long wait as no one was at the counter. These kids need help.

There is no point going through this store’s drive-thru, they pull every car forward and you have to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring out your order. This is a completely unacceptable practice that I have never seen at any other McDonald’s restaurants.

Usually I get my order so i made the mistake of not checking my bag but i paid like 12 bucks for an egg mcmuffin and a steak egg and cheese mcmuffin and 2 hashbrowns. Ended up getting a bagel with 3 hashbrowns and some pancake syrup. Thanks!

Might as well shut down the way they are never fully in service. From closing hours early, to going months without sweet tea on the menu, to pulling up just to find out they are completely randomly closed on the most random day. Terrible.

This place used to be good and had great service and food but recently things have gone down hill. They always get the order wrong for at least one thing, The workers are rude and seem more interested in gossiping than taking orders, and they constantly have you pull up and wait bc the food isn’t done. I know this location can be good!! They need new management or something!!!

It was pouring rain when we pulled to the drive thru. The cashier asked us to wait. Rain was pouring into our car. We waited for 5 minutes but then pulled in line to just order at the window. No one came to the first window and we sat in line for 10 minutes. The line did not move. We decided to try our luck pulling back around to the speaker. Someone finally took our order and we pulled forward to end up back in the same exact place we were originally in as the line had not moved. We waited for another 10 minutes and the car at the second window started yelling at the people inside saying he had been there 25 minutes. He pulled around, parked and went in. The car in front of us got their food and moved on. We recieved our drinks once we pulled up to the second window. We could see that the man who had parked was inside and was very upset. We waited again for another 5 minutes before we received our food. The girl at the window was very nice and apologized multiple times. This is not the only time McDonald’s of Pamlico county has disappointed and I know many have had issues with this restaurant before. I hope this helps in some way to improve their service.
