As soon as we came into the store we stood in the line for 10 minutes without being greeted. As we were standing there, we saw two employees in the back having a conversation unaware that we were there. This pieology has no leadership and the pieologist on the line did not seem to give one ounce of customer service. After waiting 15 minutes for our pizza’s to bake in the oven because the fire seemed to be very low, we still got them back undercooked. When I walked up to Stacy, the pieologist, to notify her the pizzas were undercooked, she was having a conversation on her AirPods and didn’t notice I was standing behind her even after saying “excuse me”. We also witnessed Ariana eating on the line while turning the pizzas without any gloves. When we got the pizzas the second time around they came back burnt and we immediately asked for a refund. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Save yourself the time, money and hassle and do not come here.

My daughter told me and my husband about this place a long time ago. We haven’t been able to stop going since the food is always fresh and they make it right in front of your face. Which is awesome? I always order the pepperoni pizza and eat the whole thing. Every time would definitely recommend.

I love pieology….so took my son in law with me…. Justin my pieologist was amazing my was exactly what i wanted asked create your own & if anything else i wanted for my so i give Justini 5+ ‘s …. but Roy was the total opposite i asked him regarding my bill since i havent gone to pieology in a while it changed a bit & all he stated was that is whats coming up on the register & he didnt know whatelse he can tell me & he also threw in an F bomb & Justin had to come & explain the bill all

I ordered in twice and every single time I have ordered a pizza with more than one topping it never comes with what I ordered. The pizza is good but the order always comes out wrong so Its a huge issue. This pizza was supposed to have 6 ingredients.

From the top, it looks like a pretty good pizza, from the bottom, it’s burnt and blackened. I would suggest that they take some kind of scraper over the surface of the oven where they Slide the pizzas in, to avoid this. The service was good, but definitely don’t order the herb oil. It was very greasy and oily, and the toppings came right off. Maybe it was also the wheat crust, not sure. I highly recommend Pizza Press, the nearest one is in Eastvale. They have more types of cheese and toppings there. Again, the service was good, it looked clean except for the oven.
