I had to pull into space to wait for food. No problem. I waited 10 minutes for my food. I drove off and realized 10 minutes down the road my food was cold. I was was so mad. Why did I wait that long for cold food. The girl at the window was polite and cheerful as was the one that delivered my food.

I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. I waited forever for my food and they completely forgot to bring it to me. When I went in to get my food, there was no hello welcome to Diary Queen how may I help you it was a clerk that walked up to the pos system and didn’t say anything to me. I told her I had been waiting 10 minutes for my drive-thru order which had been sitting in the window. She asked the other 3 crew members, none of which were working, who was supposed to take the order outside. No apologies no anything they handed me the container of food and said I guess this is yours goodbye. It was ridiculous and I have no desire to return to this store. Worst service I have ever encountered!

I ordered my food through the drive through and was told to go to a parking lot waiting spot where I sat for 45 minutes with no sign of my food. When I went in to question my order, my order was not on the drive through orders screen. After I questioned about my order, I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes until I finally got my food

Customer service is awful. Hubby tells her thank you when she hands him our last item, she said not a word. We needed napkins so when she came back to the window I asked for napkins and when handing them to us I told her thank you. Her reply was hmmm mmm. Not your welcome have a good night, you know basic customer service. Do better training your employees DQ.

Awesome blizzards and ice cream treats, however, it comes with the usual Pueblo-esque “customer service” (i.e., NO customer service, delivered by a sour-faced, impolite staff exhibiting terrible behaviour, the product of the larger, store- or city- wide problem of a local populace completely lacking in social skills (manners/graces/niceties).

I will never be back to this dairy queen ever again. The worst customer service on the planet! Started taking our order and kept walking off trying to figure out a doordash order and then gets our order wrong. I go back in to say that they got the order wrong and she had to argue with me that I didn’t tell her that. I clearly said what I wanted my husband even heard me. Maybe if you were actually paying attention and not stopping in the middle of our order constantly you would have gotten it right. So rude!!! Management should rethink having her employed. Would totally give 0 stars for how horrible the service was! Choose a different location if you want to go to dairy queen.
