Either lower your menu prices or give me all the ingredients that come on what I ordered. Ordered a steak and a chicken quesadilla and requested mild sauce. Was told to pull around to the double doors to wait. After 20 minutes I got both quesadillas with meat and cheese, no sauce. To top it off, no mild sauce in the bag either. 2 stars only because the food was hot, but after a 20 minute wait, it should be hot and right!!!

I ordered the $5 box. It was good except for the cinnamon twists. They were horrible. They had a metallic taste, don’t know if they had been sitting all day or what was going on. But overall, it was pretty good.

Usually, I don’t have any problems with a messed up order here. They have an outside eating area and there’s usually nice breeze blowing through. But workers come outside to smoke sometimes.

Who ever runs this Taco Bell is an amazing manager with an amazing team. My food is consistently awesome and I am always greeted nicely in the drive thru. I’ve lived here since August 2022 and not all the ff restaurants in Thomaston offer a good experience; however, Taco Bell is outshining the rest (my opinion). I hope this doesn’t change. Great job team!

Don’t come here if you don’t have an hour to spare and want to experience the worst service possible. It’s incredible that these people have one of the easiest job on this planet and can some how find a way to screw every order up and take an eternity to do it. I’ve never waited so long for the wrong stuff.

Always slow. Not fast food at all. Attitudes seem like they dont care at all. And just throw your food in a bag so it goes everwhere. Trash management i guess.
