Right when we walked in the floors are so sticky and dirty. Service was not good. The potato olays tasted like they haven’t changed the oil in months and to bring the food to you they got upset and maybe if employees would get off there phones and take care of there customers. Even told us to wait while they were on there phones not the work phones. No smiles and no care. The nachos are stale and not good. Will never come back. We put my cousins tray on the table behind him and been here over 45 mins no one has cleaned or picked up. But did an interview with the place so dirty.

The food is tasty as usual and the atmosphere is cheery and bright. But the service is unprofessional and very slow. We waited 8-10 mins. for two simple value meal combos ♂️ It seems they forgot the order, actually, and I had to remind them that we were waiting.

I forgot who took my order but he was happy taking are order and was very patient with me trying to figure out with my step dad who just had a stroke had troubles looking at the menu he was waiting patiently and was explaining when he had questions. FYI he should be on a game show his advertisement was wonderful and his additude was amazing we pulled to the window and he was smiling and still full of energy

Had to wash our own table…I’ll eat at home next time. How embarrassing having your guests have to clean their own table. Foods good but maybe a little more training, instead of handing the guest a dry towel, and having them have to wet the towel.

Like all fast food places now. Higher wages for worse service. These places need to go back to $8.50 an hour and have more workers. Fat food has always been a youth starter job and not a career. Fast food really went down hill ever since the Democrats stuck their nose in it. As usual.

If I could leave NO stars that would be more fitting. FIRE Ryan immediately, cares more about his fancy jewelry and bullsh!%&$#@ around with his employees than making food and being respectful to customers. Claiming they aren’t fast food, and it’s normal to wait 45 minutes for an order!?!?! Outrageous. What they really did was ignore everyone in the lobby and only worked the drive thru. If you don’t want to help those who have come in to order, close the damn lobby. Its not that hard! They are horrible and they all should be fired. I will never return and while people came we sent them elsewhere. Trust me when I say word of mouth is a very effective method to attract or deter business. Everyone there needs to be fired immediately for the incredibly disrespectful, argumentative environment. Listening to them complain about the recent customer while I waited for my food which never came was incredibly disappointing. Everything that can go wrong did. Just a waste. Shouldn’t even be allowed to be operational.

Terribly slow. Got order wrong. Wouldn’t come to the counter waiter for a very long time had to order using confusing order screen. No one helped they just ignored us. We have a big family and waited over a half hour to eat. Not a good experience. Will not return.
