I ordered through the app before they closed and my order was never delivered to me, I have been calling customer service and the store, spoke to the manager who said I would get a refund in 24 hours and 3 days later I still don’t have my refund. I will never order from Pizza Hut again cuz this is not my first time having this problem.

I ordered a dinner box with only beef and bacon added to the pizza. Somehow someone over there added chicken to my pizza. I’m allergic to chicken. Also the cinnasticks weren’t cooked all the way. Thank god I looked before eating it. I had to call 5 times to get someone on the phone. I kept getting hung up on. Finally got a lady to answer the phone and she was completely rude when I explained what was wrong. She offered to send a corrected pizza, which I accepted. I asked to make sure that they wanted the wrong pizza back and she rudely said yes. Almost like a “duh”. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I redeemed 200 points for a pizza and I went to pick it up they gave me someone else’s order. I notcifed when I got home to eat. I called immediately to tell them, they said they tried calling me to let me know. I told them I won’t be eating the pizza and I’ll be back tomorrow to pick up my correct order. They never apologized for the inconvenience. When I called them today to let them know I’m coming , I asked how will I be compensated for my inconvenience, the manager told me since I purchased my pizzas using points I earned , he will not compensate me at and asked if I still want the pizza or not!! I still earned those points! And it’s not my fault they gave me the wrong order!Very unprofessional and I feel so not valued as a customer. I will absolutely NOT be going back to this Pizza Hut. Never.

The place is dirty and as soon as u walk in, those white cabinet turned black because they don’t even care to wipe them down. The ceiling has molds and people still eat here.

To Pizza Hut company should offer free drink or something off your next order after spending a certain amount of money of $20 .00 or more … My suggestion as a value customers ☝ for many years!!!!
