Ordered ahead on the app so I had time to actually get my drink and food before work, chose walk-in and went ahead and ordered since I figured it’d be busy around 7:30am. Got to the location and the doors aren’t open. At 7:30???? The only option is to wait in the drive thru line while my drinks sit even longer. Don’t have order ahead turned on if you still have to wait in a long line. I was in line for over 15 minutes, several of those just waiting for someone to acknowledge the speaker to “order”. Then they couldn’t even make one of the drinks. Please don’t waste your time at this location, I don’t know how it’s even still open.

Went through the drive thru to get coffee and a bagel just to come home to find a burnt bagel and no cream cheese. I paid nearly 5$ for a burnt piece of bread. I was the only person in line at the time so it’s honestly disappointing that they weren’t even busy and they still messed up my order..

One word… yikes! We walked in and no one else was there, yet the entire dining room was filthy. Grease on the front door handle, crumbs everywhere, greasy marks all over the place, unwashed tables and very dirty windows. Furniture looks bad too. It was pretty much all I could focus on the whole time we were in the place.

I understand being short staffed but there was 1 person infront of me and I waited almost 40 mins for donuts, and some egg and cheese wrap. I sat at the window and was never acknowledged. Then when I paid she gave me my food.. and there was trash… used gloves in the sack with my food…

Where to start first with delivery couldn’t manage to get my sandwich, was refunded but not the point, feeling sick didn’t wanna go out staff dropped the ball. So a sandwich still sounded good and I drive up the person in front of me waited for about 10 minutes before taking there order. I understand that they maybe understaffed, but 10 minutes to take a drive thru order is unreasonable.

The donuts are donuts. The iced coffee is favorite it’s pretty good. Favorite times is October, November and December but everyday is good. Service depends on who’s there but it’s usually good. I really like the turkey sausage sandwiches without egg. They have an app where you can get free drinks and food.
