I have been ordering from here for years. Food was good but customer service has went down the drain over these past few months- especially with the new young and unprofessional lady the takes orders over the phone. They’ve messed up my order on SEVERAL occasions. Have forgotten they left me on hold many times. Had to call from another number just to ask if they’re aware that they still have me on hold only to be met with attitude and sass.The girl who takes the orders over the phone has a terrible attitude. Not my fault that you dislike your job. If customer service and hospitality isn’t for you- simply find another job. ♀️ Reached out to speak with the owner both in person AND by phone on a few occasions. No response. Will NOT be ordering from here again and friends/family that I’ve recommended this place to will do the same. Unfortunate how this place has turned.

I regularly have their penne vodka pasta with grilled chicken, and every time different pizzas. I was never disappointed with the quality of food and service . Owner is so polite and friendly, staff is professionals of the highest level of customer service!

Drove here to try their pizza at 8:30pm on a Friday. Cashier told me they only had 1 plain slice left but I needed 3 slices. I asked if they can put a pie in the oven and she said no. Funny part was that when I walked in the guy just finished making a pie and put it in the oven. Basically they stop making pizza at 8:30pm although they close at 10pm. I just walked out and went to Michelino’s where they made my pizza.

I love this place but please train the cashiers(in specific a young girl with blond hair). I walked in to order some food and the cashier was rude and always had an mean attitude and this isn’t the first time, she gets annoyed when i can’t understand what she’s saying im not sure if it’s because of the loud music in the restaurant or just a long day at work. The second time was by call she cuts me off and speaks on top of me. Last time i order food and only got part of my order because she was offering a deal but i said no thank you just what i wanted to order and she didn’t let me finish and cut me off, i ended up only getting fries. Please train the young girl for customer service , theres no need to cut off people mid sentence or give an attitude, if she doesn’t like working in customer service find something else. ♀️
