REVELATION EQUATION
I ordered a burger and there was a rubber suction cup melted in with my cheese, they are very lucky I didn’t eat it. They also didn’t give me my 3 other sandwiches so I am never returning here .I recommend the other locations, they never have such negligence .

I ordered delivery take out from Uber Eats .I got it with contactless delivery where it was set outside on my porch.I ordered the New Grimace Birthday Meal That Included The New Grimace Shake with whip cream topping,a big Mac Cheese Burger And Large Fries .The Shake definitely was different.A taste that kinda tasted like a fruity pebbles white chocolate candy bar or blueberry it was really sweet .I should have ordered a medium or small to try .

i went this morning and got a few things-at mcdonalds- got home, gave my husband his and took mine to the office– i open it (bacon egg and cheese) and it has MOLD all over it–it’s hard as a rock and moldy– i was like OMG look at yours before you eat it! everything else in the bag was fine–so i have no idea what happened, but maybe somehow someone grabbed the wrong one– i was going to just send online feedback, but my husband wanted to take it back up there–so he did. The general manager literally called him a liar. Said that there is NO way that happened and that it didn’t come from their store and they wouldn’t be doing anything about it. gave it back to him and that was that.Again, i don’t know how this happened, and i don’t think it was intentional. I wasn’t asking for anything else to be replaced, just the one sandwich, but that didn’t happen. I wasn’t mad, but getting treated like that in front of employees and customers over a $3 item is unacceptable. We haven’t ever taken anything back to the store before-And we will never be going back to it again.

Catalina is rude and awful for laughing in my face and insulting my intelligence. Apparently in order to be a manager at this location, you just have to be rude, not understand numbers and laugh in your “paying” customers face. To stand at the counter and be completely ignored by the manager Catalina but then get enough of her attention for her to laugh in my face and make smart mouth comments when she didn’t think I could hear. Sorry McDonalds is the best you’ll ever do Catalina, don’t take it out on customers!!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Just an example, today my husband and I went there in the drive thru and ordered a large fry. We paid and got our order. When I looked in the bag the it wasn’t even halfway full. We paid $4.21 for less then a half order of fries. I tried calling up there because we didn’t have time to turn around and let them know, but the phone rang and was never answered. The service was terrible and the fact that I didn’t get a full order of fries is insanely disappointing.

⚠️ Went through the drive thru last night to order for the family. Got home and the order had extra items that were charged that I had not ordered. The order for my burger was completely wrong and I was charged extra for sauce I never received. Then to top it off my burger was completely raw for which I did not find out until I had consumed several bites and my daughter had alerted me that her burger was raw after taking a bite, then spiting it out… Ball’s in your court mcdonald’s.

We ordered from the electronic screen and had our food and cups brought to us at our table. The whole establishment was clean, the employees were polite and our food was delivered quickly and it was delicious. The playground area was a lot of fun for our 2 year old.

I was a loyal customer until june 9th. Placed my order in app app was having issues on there end they said they didnt recieve it but i got charged. Talk to manager on duty was told itd be refunded in 5 days. Came back in 5 days after no refund was told my manager jessica to wait up to 10 days but reassured if it didnt refund they would manually refund me. 5 days more came back again talk to 3rd mananger who said they wont refund without a receipt. Never got one because of error on app. Told to call 1800 number. Call was assured that they would contact location and id be refunded its july 16 no refund as of yet. Do not place order on app. They steal your money.
