Ordered $80 worth of food, only received 1/3 of items. Missed soda and starting looking over rest. Pasta was dried out and not like it used to be. Had to ask for additional two pizzas ordered. 1 they forgot to bring out and the other they forgot to make all together. Said they would go ahead and make it now, but would be another 10 minutes. Nothing was offered as an apology and by the time I got the final pizza, the rest was cold. Barely any sauce was on the food even though I asked for extra in all. Had been a long time since I ordered pizza hut and will most likely be a while before I order again.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza chain. The crust was burnt and tasted like cardboard, the toppings were stale and came off in chunks, and the cheese was so greasy that it made the whole pizza slimy and unappetizing.

The food is good, but they have delivery options that I can’t use. I don’t know if it for what I am ordering or the whole menu. But it will let me get all the way to check out before it tell me something went wrong and I have wasted time.

I ordered the triple treat box and when opening my boxes our cinnamon rolls looked like this. Yuck The door was sticky the roles were halfway done. Called the store and let them know what was going on. I was told I can get credit or they could remake my cinnamon rolls and they would be deliver in 40 minutes! No apologies or nothing. Terrible customer service!!

Theresa, apparently the new General Manager is horrid, but thankfully, Jason a manager from another store saved the day! Word of advice for General management, Don’t lose a good customer over a $10 mix up and never lie about what you said when there are witnesses!

The pizza was good and the delivery was quick. I tipped when I paid, but when I told the delivery driver I had already tipped, he said I hadn’t. Not sure what happened, but as I feel like I was taken advantage of, I probably won’t go back.

Last two times we’ve been there, our orders were screwed up. I’m not sure how garlic bread with cheese translates to cheese sticks. This location has turned into a nightmare. And when they finally made the garlic bread with cheese, they did not leave it in the oven long enough.
