Every time I’ve ordered from this location they are 30 minutes or more behind, regardless of if they are busy or not. Loud obnoxious music blaring in the waiting area. Rude. Overall just terrible. Will not use this location ever again. Faster to drive to another location in the next town.

I was blown away by the kindness of the Millbrook Crew ; Nancy Dean (GM ) , Becky Dean (Asst. Manager), Sam Shuck (Asst Manager) and Joshua Nix (Expert Driver ). They are extraordinary people !!! I cannot say enough about them. I took my school children here for a field trip. They were so professional and kind to all of us. They went above and beyond! Love our Millbrook Domino’s!!!

Took over two hours to fulfill our order. Cheyenne was at the register all three times to assist in any updates and they provided very polite service despite obviously having a really slammed shift. Only three people showed up to work. It just seems like poor leadership and irresponsible people calling out. The ones that showed up had a better attitude than I would expect given the circumstances. We were fully compensated for our food.

Worse place ever will never return and will do my best to make sure no one else does as well!!! I have had issues in the past burnt pizza, wrong pizza or no pizza… and yet I have come back each time because I liked the Philly steak pizza but no more!!!!! So I ordered the Philly and wanted delivered for 5pm. I got a text it was in the oven at 448 then never heard anything else from them. So I called at 5, a recording said my pizza was ready and waiting for driver to pick up so I hung up and waited…….still nothing so at 520 I called back the girl on the phone said can I help you I said “yes would like to know where my pizza is please” employee answer “no, I don’t know who you are” I said “because you haven’t asked me my name yet” thinking I was being funny and she hung up on me I tried to call back to talk with mgr and they never answered my call back. So I drove up there to speak with a mgr and they were so rude and would not give me a number or name to call for their franchisee office number. I am just dumbfounded on the lack of customer service and rudeness of this Dominos. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. Papa Johns will get my business from now on.
