Honestly, the food is addicting. I’m from NY , and it’s the closest that I’ve gotten to Ny style Chinese food in CT. They also give you “free items”, the more you order like they do in NY. Give it try!

DAMN good chinese food! I live 3 mins from Yummy Yummy food place and I’d rather drive the extra miles to come here any day! Food is delicious! Service is immaculate. Chef’s kiss I love this place so much my husband will ask if I want chinese and instantly think of Kai’s I will not get my food from any other location! ♡ You guys rock! Ordered out from here last night. There was a long line, and some people thought they could jump the line for their take out. Some left rather than wait, making it worse for everybody because the kitchen was making orders that never got picked up. My suggestion is to require payment when placing orders. Our food was very good. The dumplings had a nice pork flavor and the egg rolls were better than most. General Tso’s Chicken and Chicken with Garlic Sauce were both delicious, and not that spicy. I ordered mild, and would request one level higher next time so it’s a bit more tangy. Will return again!

This place is by far the best experience I’ve had at a take-out Chinese food location. The food far more delicious than any in the surrounding areas & the staff is very kind and generous. I never leave unsatisfied, they always exceed any expectations. They are roughly 15 min away from my residence; even though I have other choices closer, it’s still far more rewarding to go here. A true diamond in the rough!

Been up and down the east coast as well as to the other side, and this has been the best Chinese food I’ve had. The service was friendly and helpful, remarkably so on both accounts. Prices were fair. My partner and I discussed making the trip again from Central New York just to enjoy the whole experience again.

Such phenomenal cuisine and service that is really impressive. The hostess is so sweet and welcoming – she even brings you some excellent ginger tea while you read over your menu. EVERYTHING I have ordered is execellent from the hot and sour soup to the chicken stick appetizer and all the entrees – The flavor is noticeably different and tops all your typical chinese fare in the area. The pricing is very reasonable and the portions are good – Chef Kai always sends a complimentary appetizer that is amazing. Chef Kai and his wife have a phenomenal place here – Don’t miss this hidden gem!!
