Breakfast sandwich was great. But I watched an employee come in front door. She went behind counter and immediately started handling food without washing hands. Other than that, food and coffee were great

The coffee is so good! I highly recommend the iced coffees but add sweetener to it! They have donuts to but I like the bagel bite things with the cream cheese in them. I usually get my orders to go on the app and you even earn reward points!

I am very disappointed with this store, I have been getting my coffee from here for a while now and I don’t enjoy it anymore. I tried to day many one day the filter might have fallen over and got grounds in coffee but this is every day and I’m not going to buy my coffee anymore. More than half my coffee is bad. It’s Gross getting grounds in your mouth.

My first 2 experiences were awful! First morning nothing was ready so couldn’t even get coffee. 2nd trip everything I ask for again was unavailable I was really wanting a Mocha for sure… Nope.. out of Mocha ! So I ask for XL coffee got to the window a guy was raising heck about someone ordering 13 dozen donuts then the girl at window was there in body but that’s all. Instead of one XL coffee I had been charged for 2 coffees so I just say ok I’ll just take them since I already paid. Ask for cup holder she wondered off came back and said they are out!! I had to remind her I needed creamer. The cups had coffee running down all around cups.. This will be my last visit I’m done… the people were just so unpleasant and looking in window at drive thru it didn’t look clean at all!!

I’ve been going here for years. Today was my last day. I went and ordered an iced signature turtle latte, a sandwich, and a donut. I got my food, but never received my drink. I waited for 15 mins and, I work at Starbucks, I understand that it was busy in drive thru, and sometimes they may get behind. I was one of only two people in the lobby. Others had come in and left with their drinks. I kept looking at the counter and listening out for my drink, but never heard or saw anything. I went to the register to ask about the drink. All I said was that I ordered an iced turtle signature latte. The woman interrupted me and said that it’s been up for like 5 minutes (I knew it was longer because the ice was VERY melted) and she laughs and says they called it out forever ago. She then pulls a drink from BEHIND the counter and hands it to me. (I tried to apologize and say I never heard anything, I’m hard of hearing so I kept getting up from my seat to check the counter. But nothing was ever sitting there). But she ignored me and walked away in the middle of me saying “I’m sorry i–“. I began to cry because I have severe social anxiety, and her tone was very hurtful. If I wasn’t so anxious I would have gotten her name. She had black hair with pink streaks. Also another girl was walking around in what was basically underwear… not my business but idk. I was embarrassed from crying so I went outside and my drink was almost completely melted. I only paid $5 for it, but I’m lower class and don’t make a lot of money so it just sucked. This used to be a place I went with friends and loved. I’m glad we are getting new coffee shops in town. Starbucks and 7brew are so kind and would never make a customer cry. We would be fired on the spot for that behavior. I ended up throwing my drink away because it was melted and I’m sure they wouldn’t bother to remake it like the other coffee shops around here would.

Went to dunkin in decatur, AL amd wanted to redeem my points into a iced latte. They refused me the coffee and the young lady went to complain about us infront of us. We asked the manager that she please not do that and she got all rude with us saying she’s new and made excuses then continued to be rude herself. It’s no wonder the staff acts that way when management does. She then refused us our drinks when my husband called her out.

America can’t run on Dunkin when no one wants to run the business.

Half the time you go there, the lobby is “closed.” a complete disregard of customer service. Patronize locally-owned donut shops, which are always open for sit-down customers. I will never go back to this sorry excuse for a business.

I went through the drive thru a little over a week ago and my order wasn’t completely right. I contacted Dunkin and the manager of this store, Marlon, got back with me promptly! He insisted that I come in he would make it right. And he did just that. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and I appreciate that very much! This is the only Dunkin in Decatur, AL so if you’re in town, stop in!!!

Just had my very first experience at DD and got a frozen Butter Pecan. I spotted the blueberry on the menu and the sweetest young lady, Aly, recommended it with caramel. SOLD! My hubby ordered that one for me and unlike the “other coffee place” it wasn’t nearly $20! I’m a permanent convert. Both flavors were Excellent frozen coffees. Thank you Aly for the recommendation! Excellent first experience at DD thanks solely to you!
