I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received today my family spent 50$ today a few things were missing and when I go back to have there kids fix it I was QUESTIONED as if I was trying to get something for free mistakes happen I wasn’t upset until these kids tried to play me as if I was stupid. Also when I come in these kids are just standing around doing nothing if you have time to lean you have time to clean, also the foul language used is just sad I’ve never heard the N word used so many time in less then the 2 seconds it took to give me the things my order was missing not to mention the other choice words these kids used. I would like a response from a member of management to contact me I also would like the number to the corporate office because this isn’t the 1st time this has happened and nothing done about it.

One of the worst places to get chicken. Always check your orders they cut the “tenders” at this place in half or smaller. All of the prices cost more than every other bushes chicken. Tender Tuesday they don’t even list a price now but the other bushes are still about the same as before. Its this place thats horrible. The manager doesn’t give a two hoots about his customers and their unhappiness with this place…take a look at my tiny chicken tenders and I didn’t get extras

We finally were able to dine in. Place was in disarray. Dirty tables, no organization to things on tables (paper towels, salt, pepper), staff was standing around talking as though there was absolutely nothing to do. Floors were filthy and the entire inside needed a thorough cleaning. Chicken was not good and tenders were Itty bitty. Our first two visits (drive-thru only) were not good either but wanted to give it one more try. We were quickly reminded why we said we would never come back. So sad that this Bush’s is not stepping up to the “Bush’s” standards.

Went 2 times recently. We have always had very nice people help. The tenders are hit or miss. Sometimes they are amazing sometimes they are like jerky. The fried okra is my favorite!! My 95 year old great Aunt is in the nursing home and only drinks Bush’s sweet tea. We got her a fridge for her room so she can keep a gallon of your tea at all times. The smile on her face melts my heart and almost every sip we get to hear about how good it taste. So precious ❤️

After waiting over 15 minutes for the order taker to get through talking to someone who didn’t even get a order the employee went inside then came back to take our order he acted like we were inconveniencing him so I just got discusseded and left. If that’s the way you run your business then I won’t be back
