The lady was extremely sweet and she was doing everything by herself AND the max time we waited for our food was about 15 mins. She was incredible! The chicken shawarma wrap was so tasty and had so much flavor. The chicken tawook plate was amazing! We will be coming back for amazing food and great service

First off, the atmosphere is somewhat depressing. The exterior space, lighting, decorum, and layout is all somewhat chaotic and shabby. Although the lady serving us was very sweet, she didn’t quite understand how to provide customer service. Regardless of that, I always try not to ‘judge a book by its cover’. Some of the best food I’ve ever had is out of a hole in the wall.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and usually love it. However, today I ordered the Gyro entree plate and received something that looked like gyro bacon. It was nothing like what I’m used to receiving. It was a to go order. I realized the difference when I got home. I called them thinking they gave me the wrong order. They responded with, “this is the type of gyro we received this month.” I thought it was made fresh. I told them they should have informed me that it was different. All they offered was a refund if I brought the food back. Super disappointed with the food but mostly how they responded to my frustration. I was inconvenienced with having to take the food back for my refund. Hopefully they can get this problem fixed

I was searching for Mediterranean food on Google and downtown Riverside. The results were Meh. I was driving in Grand Terrance and I came on The Palm Tree in a mini mall on Iowa. I had to Gyro… best gyro I ever had, and I’m 58. The staff was polite and attentive, the sides were great and plentiful, and the restaurant inside is clean and new. Visit sometime for dinner, especially if you’re in the area! I am living 25 miles away, and I’ll be back.
