I came in this evening and there was a line, but it was knocked down VERY quickly! The staff was exceptionally friendly today so I decided to dine in.(I love smiling faces) I was surprised to see how clean all the tables AND the floor was today, then I noticed a young guy outside tidying up. Thank you. I couldn’t finish my fresh delicious meal and a staff member noticed me sitting here and brought me a to-go lid AND packaged my meal up for me! I’ve never experienced this level of customer service at this location so I asked his name, Sterling. You guys are turning this location around keep it up!

Placed an order through the app, not one of the 3 entrees we ordered was made correctly. I’m not talking about missing lettuce – there were 2 missing guacamole, one missing a side, and no drinks were included. That’s more than $10 I’m out because someone wasn’t paying attention. I have given this location chance after chance, but won’t make that mistake again. Restaurants with <3* ratings don't last very long, hopefully corporate is paying attention.

I recently visited this Chipotle branch with high hopes of enjoying a flavorful and fresh Mexican-inspired meal. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular Chipotle location was incredibly disappointing due to the subpar quality of the food. The main issue that overshadowed everything else was the fact that the food had clearly been sitting out for far too long.

On an extremely busy Friday, I expected for lunchtime to have a relatively busy atmosphere; however, this was an incredibly optimistic expectation. I had ordered a bowl online in advance, where the wait time was an estimated 15 minutes. But, unfortunately, I ended up having to wait OVER AN HOUR to receive my meal.

1pm on a Friday. 1 person working the entire line from start to cashier. That 1 person had no sense of urgency and then took 10 min to refill the food line as the line of people continued to grow. No such thing as service anymore.

We walked in when they opened at 10:45 except it looked like the staff had just arrived too and was just starting to set up. The line was out the door and we waited till 11:15 to get served. We where 2nd in line. People started leaving and it’s just opened. They had no steak and everything looked like it had been sitting out for hours already. The staff could care less and their service is terrible they look like they don’t want to be there. Whoever runs this chipotle needs to reevaluate what their doing . The place is going to fail if it continues like this. We won’t be back
