The food was pretty good, but the customer service is terrible. To add to that the establishment is very dirty and not well kept. Tables are never wiped down. Bathrooms are always dirty. There’s always trash overflowing the bins not much good to say about this Zaxby’s location. If you do get food from this place, do yourself a favor and don’t eat there.

First time coming here. Me and my boyfriend was coming home from vacation and I wanted Zaxbys so we happened to pass by this location. We went in and used the restrooms. The ladies room smelt weird and was dirty. Toilet paper everywhere on the floor. My boyfriend said there were gnats in the men’s room.. we ordered our food and the boy that was taking our order acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. There was a guy that was basically doing everything with no help while there were workers standing around doing nothing, playing on their phone. Just very unprofessional. The atmosphere was not good. The place was just dirty. My food was good but my boyfriend said his food wasn’t and his fries tasted stale. I would not recommend coming to this location. This was my first time and it will definitely be my last.

The manger customer service was GREAT!! food COLD, fries was WHITE and not fully cooked, & NO ICE for the drinks … I hate spending money at any establishment when my food isn’t at its BEST… I work entirely too hard for MY MONEY for my food to be thrown in the TRASH !!! Never again … I’ll be visiting Lafayette from now on out ️ I hate when workers just give folks ANYTHING to eat, if I was a restaurant worker I would neverrrrrr! ️ then the manger tells me to bring the food and receipt back tomorrow ya I’m bring it back and asking for a refund!!! I don’t want my food to be remade by this sorry company

Food order all wrong. Customer service is this, take the food back to them for correction. I live a long way from the restaurant so I couldn’t do that. I called that night and the manager, Cory. No resolution. And they don’t care. Waste of my time and money. This is a picture of my kickin’ chicken sandwich. Just chicken and the bread. Don’t order anything from here.

Tried to use the app to purchase a bogo wing deal. The app would not complete the purchase. Went to the restaurant and they would not honor the special. Asked to speak to the manager. The manager never came out of the back to talk to me. After waiting for 10 mins I left. Won’t be back. Don’t run a special if you don’t want to honor it.

The zensation salad had awful purple asian slaw and large pieces of purple cabbage. I usually love the Asian slaw. I have had this salad many times. Never have i had it like this and the chicken was cold too. I asked for grilled chicken and was told no. The spicy fried mushrooms were greasy. I don’t recommend Zaxbys on Commerce Ave in Lagrange, GA

They have horrible customer service! The lady taking my order would not let me finish a sentence and would cut me off. I order a fried chicken salad with NO TOMATOES OR CHEESE. Told her multiple times and didn’t listen because I had tomatoes and cheese and I think the cheese was moldy it stunk so bad I couldn’t even eat it. Was terrible!!!!
