The evening manager (didn’t catch her name) took our order and was honest enough to say the baked potatoes wouldn’t be the freshest. She was patient with me as I ran back to the RV to see what else the crew wanted. In that time, she got the oven preheated and started making the potatoes. We got fresh baked potatoes and chili! Really appreciate that kind of customer service and it’s rare nowadays.

I have to say that I love Wendy’s and was ecstatic that Andrews would have one. This Wendy’s is the worst I have ever gone to! I will not go back to this Wendy’s sadly! I have gone over 5 times the first time they messed up my orders, which I was ok with it since I do go within the first month it was opened. The third visit they didn’t even have chicken sandwiches, I would think after three months of being opened the store would have their act together. On top of all this the quality of the food is horrible! The chicken tastes like if it’s been out from the previous day. The staff is the worst on top of that as well! I did go through the drive thru one time and noticed my drink didn’t have the strawberry inside and when I told the drive thru cashier she bluntly told me that is how the drink should be. The last time I went the dining room was closed and went thru the drive thru. Mind you nobody was at the store I waited 10 minutes for my online order to be fixed!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a frosty pulled up to the window. A young lady handed me my frosty. I asked how long the wait was? She asked who I assume was the manager and she replied we have lots of orders in front of his. Needless to say no one was in the drive-through line. Everybody was pulled on the opposite side of the building waiting on their food. I told her since there was nobody in line. I would wait there until it was ready. The lady I assume was the manager told me that if I didn’t pull around to the front, she would refund my money for the burger, To which I gladly accepted. Minus the frosty. Will not be back!

We went Saturday around 10ish before the Wild Wild West Event and the drive thru cashier was rude I asked for straws and she threw a fit and I was told to pull up so I did and the lady goes what if I threw this at you and I was like if you want to keep your job you’d act right. That’s the last time we visit until she’s removed or something I believe her name was Elyssandra or something like that.

The Wendy’s manager and crew are amazing! We were missing a burger from our order and Wendy’s remade the whole order and gave us a few cookies! I believe the Managers name was Brittany and she was so nice about it. We will definitely be going back ❤️. Wendy’s is awesome!

Got there at 11:20 am, went through the drive thru, and it wasn’t that busy. Pulled up to the window and they told me to pull up behind another vehicle to wait. They didn’t give me my drink. I was 2nd in line in a line of maybe 6 vehicle wrapped around wendys since they told us to pull around front. The server brought out three bags @11:37 that went to different vehicles (one was mine) but they did not have my drink so I waited. I was the only car left in line waiting for my drink at 11:47.. Food wasn’t all that good either.

Place is a lie on open hours, says they are open until 1 and yet it was closed completely at 10:15pm they seem to close every day before 10pm so another failed restaurant down the drain.
