Location / Atmosphere – Very nice location right off of the river. We were here in the winter and things were ‘snow covered’. Would be nice if they had an out-door patio with service in the summer. Resurant includes a bar area.

I would go here monthly with my in-laws in the 90’s. It’s not the same. Portions smaller and not as good. I miss the plate of veggies before hand. Barb was great.

Very good food. The waitress Barb was friendly and very helpful. Had the fish fry, which was awesome. Came with bread, cole slaw and potato pancakes. Other sides were available too. Nice surroundings inside, a country lodge kind of vibe. We will definitely go back.

My husband and I had dinner there this past weekend. If the service had been any slower it would have gone backward. They were busy, but at most of the tables the dinners had been served. We ordered a drink – sandwiches – dessert. We were there for TWO HOURS. We had to ask the poor busboy for a box and dessert menu. The waitress would disappear and not show up for another 15-20 minutes. I don’t know if she was the problem, or part of the problem but GOOD LORD we were disappointed in our experience of a place that came highly recommended. Don’t know if we’ll be back to try again another night.

My meatloaf had a five inch hair baked into it and the mashed potatoes were dry and crumbly with canned gravy on top. The waitress was nice, but after that hair I won’t go near this place again. We were given a piece of cake to compensate but I was afraid to eat it.

We went last weekend. They were out of prime rib. The salad was a few lettuce leaves and a tomato slice, and the beer was warm. The bread was dry and Margarine was served with it. We have been here in the past and really enjoyed it. But something was off on that night.

We stopped by one night to try it out as we were new to the Wonder Lake area. We were greeted by an older lady & she said “What do you want?” very rudely!!!! To have dinner, OK sit where ever. We sat down & waited & waited while she argued with someone else. No eater, no service so we just WALKED OIT!!! Will never come back!!!!!

Great food. A true supper club. Took my team here for our Annual Christmas party. If you are in a hurry it’s not the right place. If you want a great meal and some time with friends and a few cocktails this his the place.

Food was okay at best waited over an hour for fish fry. Also did not even have items on their menu. Soup and Salad are extra fyi. was not told this at time of ordering.
